A stunning and timeless colonial villa with a large and beautiful swimming pool, tropical setting and the warmth of a home away from home, located in the best neighborhood of Oaxaca City.

** 10-15 mins ride to Santo Domingo instead of walking 10-25 mins. For excursions pick up at the villa is available with a tour company (Cascades, pyramids, mezcal route etc). **

This location is well known as the unique "upscale" neighborhood of the city; secure, peaceful natural surroundings and not crowded are some of the adjectives that can describe it. Here you'll hear the song of birds, the sound of water (automatic pool cascade starting 10 AM) and nature, without losing proximity to the city center and without having to go to a distant place on the outskirts of the city, you won't need to take highways just normal small city avenues/streets.

We're neighbors to Casa Santo Origen Hotel and their restaurants, some other Bnbs and Eco tourism at Cerro de San Felipe del Agua in case you wanna go hike!

** The property is perfect for couples (week stays or long term), small and large groups (up to 10 guests for a comfortable accommodation) and for any season of the year, thanks to our heated pool, refreshing gardens and location**

** Our pool has a very complete system, cascade functioning from SPA to pool, 29 solar panels for water heating (29 needed to have it 86F or more), gas heater available at an additional cost (for after sun hours spa usage), ambiance pool lights, air blowers and jets in SPA. All of this is controlled with an automatic display control, easy to use**

**Cleaning service, breakfasts, in house mezcal tasting, transports, tours and whatever you might need can be arranged at an additional cost paid to the service provider.**

** Cleaning of the house and beddings once a week**
Otros aspectos destacables
✿ Birds (inside the aviary) and gardens of the villa need to be fed/watered everyday, so it is necessary that someone come to the outside spaces of the villa (aviary & gardens) to take care of them (before noon), if you want you can let us know at what time this works better for you.

✿ April 2023 >> Now 4th bedroom can (optional) use a full bathroom located in a new adapted room just behind the laundry (service room, 5th and not listed) in case you don't want to share bathrooms (top floor 3 mins walk), we will keep perfecting this new space and NOT listed to avoid disagreements.

✿ Self Check-in instructions are displayed automatically by the platform to confirmed guests only, on their arrival date.
