Summary:
Drenched with natural light and boasting panoramic views of the Yarra River and Port Phillip Bay from floor-to-ceiling windows in every room, our stunning two-bedroom apartment is a great base for exploring Melbourne. Close to major attractions like Etihad Stadium, the Melbourne Convention Centre, Crown Casino and Southbank, it's also a short (and free) tram ride to the city. The place itself is immaculate, with modern furnishings, private parking, luxury extras and all the comforts of home.

The Space:
Set in an iconic Docklands building, everything in our apartment is contemporary, from the kitchen to the furniture. The view fills the space, and sitting on the balcony at sunset is an unbeatable experience. The extras are incredible as well, including a pool, gym and landscaped barbeque area.

Gleaming new apartment blocks line the Yarra River at Docklands, a modern addition to the Melbourne CBD. It's all built to make the most of the waterfront: whether that means walking, cycling, having a bite to eat or simply admiring the view from 25 floors up. Hop on the iconic 40 storey Melbourne Star Observation wheel, or try to catch an AFL game at Etihad Stadium: it's about as Melbourne as you can get.

The location of the premises is good easy to take a tram into city and other places. The premises itself need some minor cleaning as the carpets and rugs were a bit dirty and stained, the beds were nice and comfy, the bedrooms needed some draw storage for clothing as your not able place anywhere unless you hung them. The size of room was adequate for us as most of time we spent out. The only disappointment was getting our keys on arrival having to wait a 1 hour and 1/2 for collection on keys at the convenience store with kids in car. Would i stay again yes but most likely try other places before heading back there.

Great location. Fairly modern apartment. Trams right outside building which was handy. Nice indoor pool and great gym. Was a little small for 4 adults but we spent most of our time touring the city so didn’t spend a lot of time in the apartment. The apartment looked nice on first impression but on closer inspection the carpets need cleaning and some extra cutlery and crockery needed as missing spoons, bowls and glasses. The bed in second bedroom had rubbish underneath and aircon in main bedroom was noisy. Could not work out how to lock balcony door and windows very hard to lock. Happy to provide further information on request.

Great place to stay, transport right at the door, walking distance to Southbank and crown. Property was clean and has almost everything you need. Some additional cutlery and glasses are needed, and the balcony needs a clean. Beds are super comfy, a few extra towels would be good especially if your using the pool and gym. I would absolutely stay here again.

Frustrating as simple thing could have changed review considerably
Marketed as a 2 bedroom apartment suitable for 4 people. but they provide you with 1 key!! I would not have booked this property if it was detailed in the property summary that they only give you 1 key. I asked for another and i was declined. It was the most frustrating scenario trying to co-ordinate the coming and going of 4 people with one key who are participating in a major sporting event. Luckily i managed to speak to the building manager - who has no affiliation with this property and who was just as frustrated as i was with the property managers only providing a single key - and she helped me out with a locked letter box (that i had to pay for) to leave the key in, that we all could use - but inside the property reception which meant we had to wait outside until hopefully another resident came in or out so we could sneak in the building then get the key out of the box to enable us to get to our apartment. Ridiculous, and unsafe at night. Seriously - it can't be that expensive to provide 2 keys (according to building manger only $15)!! on this basis i would not stay here again.
