About this property
Beautiful family home close to the beach and train
A beautiful Edwardian family home with lovely spaces and a large leafy back yard.
There are 4 double bedrooms, one single bedroom, 3 living areas and 2.5 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite and is situated upstairs with a separate living area. Downstairs there are four bedrooms, one with a queen bed and two with double beds, and a single room with a roll away.
The main bathroom has a bath, both showers are walk in.
The modern kitchen has a dishwasher, large fridge and 2 ovens. There is also a BBQ for outside cooking.
A washing machine and dryer are located in the laundry, a clothes rack and outside clothesline are also available.
We have ample parking spaces and a car port.
Our home is a 7 minute walk to the Sandringham train station and the lovely Sandringham bay beach.
