Rent a beautiful and cozy house in Ubatuba.

Located in the neighborhood Sertão da Quina and distant 2 km from the beach of Maranduba, this nearby waterfalls, commerce and surrounded by nature in a safe and quiet.

Suite 1: 1 double bed, 1 single bed auxiliary, ceiling fan and wardrobe
Suite 2: located in the building has 1 double bed, 1 bunk bed and ceiling fan
Bedroom: 2 bunk beds with fan and wardrobe

Living room and kitchen in open concept. It has 2 sofas of 3 and 2 places + rack with television + fan.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, cooking utensils, dishes, glasses, cutlery, plus the necessary to use. It has a dining table with 6 seats.

In total are 3 bathrooms, 2 of the suites + 1 social - all with shower and stall in glass.

Pool integrated to the gourmet space

Pool with deck, sun loungers, table, chairs and large umbrella.

Gourmet space with barbecue + wooden table for up to 14 people + stove + refrigerator
Terrace around the house with hooks for placement of up to 2 nets (it is necessary to bring your own hammocks).

Garden lawn and walled with gates and open garage for up to 4 cars.

We work with lease agreement. To make the reservation, make a deposit of 50% of the total and the rest in the delivery of the keys, a total cleaning fee of R $ 100.00 will be added to the total amount.
