Boa localização

A Márcia, proprietária, foi muito solícita desde o início do contato. O tamanho da casa é bom, o jardim é lindo e bem cuidado, a localização é excelente, bem pertinho das praias do Lázaro e Sununga, duas praias lindas! Tem supermercado, farmácia e algumas lojinhas próximas. Mas a casa, que fica aos cuidados de outra pessoa, estava com um cheiro de mofo muito forte! Comuniquei a proprietária, que se comprometeu a corrigir o problema.

sempre achei que as avaliações eram furadas, mas quero deixar a minha para poder ajudar na sua escolha, a casa é bem grande, os quartos são bem legais, a cozinha é enorme, adoramos o jardim, tudo limpinho com todos os utensílios necessários, as duas praias são maravilhosas, Dá pra ir de a pé nas duas, fica bem perto. A rua é de chão batido, tem bastante buraco mas tinha chovido muito nos dias anteriores, e dava pra passar tranquilamente devagar. Adoramos tudo, agradeço a Márcia por ter proporcionado esta visita a Ubatuba, pena que tivemos que vir em bora.

Muito Bom! É minha segunda estadia!

É o segundo ano consecutivo que alugamos a casa. É muito bem localizada, a proprietária é muito atenciosa e a residência está bem equipada. Eu recomendo plenamente e em 2016 estaremos novamente por lá. Ideal para famílias com crianças e idosos por ter uma boa área útil e de descanso. Manutenção em dia, assim como a limpeza.

foi boa minha estadia, pela familia reunida.

A casa fica próxima a praia sim, porém, como choveu nos 2 primeiros dias, encontrei a frente da casa cheia de água, que chegava até a porta da cozinha e a bomba existente nela não dava conta de retirar toda água que com a lama da rua, tinha um odor ruim. Achei a casa úmida e com goteiras. colchões muito velhos e tortos, ventiladores que não funcionavam. o jardim é muito bonito mesmo. só.

Passei 6 dias de folga nesta casa com meu esposo e família A localização é privilegiada Os comércios locais são próximos e hospitaleiros! Para chegar até a praia é rapido e nada cansativo, são praias deliciosas e bem frequentadas, além no mais, vc tem acesso as prais do sul sem maiores problemas com o transito em feriados prolongados... A casa é super arejada e vc toma o seu café da manhã de frente para o jardim que é muito gostoso. A proprietária é cordial e rápida para respostas e dúvidas durante a negociação, fiquei tranquila pois a entrega das chaves foi como combinado e não tive problema algum durante a estadia que me trouxesse insatisfação.
