The flat is on the 1st floor of a centrally located 4 floor 1980s mediterranean stlyle family building where entrances are outside and separate for each flat.
Easy acces to the the town center (7-8 mins by walk), the famous beach of Hospital(7-8 mins by walk) and the marina(12-13mins by walk). Fully equipped and perfect for families too.
The best part of the house is the large sheltered garden around 100m2 where you have exclusive use. There is also a space with a pergola in the garden which is perfect for dining alfresco with family and friends.
Well behaved dogs are allowed “only in garden” but must be leashed and owners must clean up and take away all mess after them. Owners will be responsible for any damages and/or disturbance that may occur.
