The main level features a large dining room and huge living room with fireplace. Full length glass doors open the living room to the outdoor living area on two sides. There is also a large open room on the main level with a chef-friendly contemporary kitchen with high end appliances, another dining area and seating area with TV and fireplace. Also on this level are the large king master suite with a luxurious bathroom and soaking tub, two queen bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom, and two half baths. Upstairs are a large king bedroom and a second king bedroom which share a good sized contemporary bathroom.

You will fall in love with the sun-drenched and tranquil outdoor space, designed for al fresco living. Captivating views, sunsets and starry nights are sure to thrill. A covered terrace area between the house and the pool has an outdoor kitchen with refrigerator, dining table, and seating area with fireplace. Surrounding the sparkling pool are a separate large spa, deck with lounge chairs and more outdoor seating. Just beyond the pool is a slope with lush vines.

This property is located in the County of Sonoma and is subject by county law to restrictions and the rules set by the property owner with a goal of being considerate of neighbors. Overnight and day time occupancy is limited to 10 guests; events, parties and outdoor amplified music are not allowed; rental guests must observe quiet hours between 9:00pm and 9:00am.
