It 'a small apartment located in a quiet condominium, with a very bright bedroom, a terrace organized "garden" with synthetic grass, retractable awning to shelter when the sun beats hard, table and chairs where you can eat in peace.

For years it has been the studio of a textile designer, we have restored with Love, leaving some drawings and objects of art: you will be immersed in a welcoming and unique environment.

Atmospheric apartment in a beautiful and convenient location.

This lovely apartment has so much charm and has everthing needed for a very comfortable stay. The location is brilliant, being only a 5 minutes walk from the centre of Como. The hosts are so helpful and lovely, with the process from check-in to departure being perfect. They were on hand to help and advise, if necessary. We've enjoyed an extremely relaxing stay and would definitely come back here again!

Como magic

Very clean. Excellent bed, excellent shower,excellent kitchen with enough equipment to cook every night. Beautiful balcony which gets the sun for many hours. Apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood but close to the main town with bars on the way into town.

Lovely owners,secure, spacious bedroom, thoughtful decor, pick up from the station was excellent. Having a balcony is a big plus as is aircon in both the lounge and the bedroom. We have been travelling on a budget and wanted to prepare some meals. We found cooking in the kitchen difficult as there was only one plug adaptor for three appliances and melamine plates, bowls. Small sized plates and bowls. Pots, frypan a bit limited. Their cutlery and utensils were good. Again we stress that the owners are very kind, responsive and the apartment is good value.

Paradise in paradise

Two amazing superhosts ! Ugo & Celo met us ac we pulled into their address . From the get go they were everything u would for . Funny, engaging and couldn’t b more helpful This apt is a dream from the extremely well appointed kitchen to comfy living space and comfy bed . Balcony perfect for an breakfast or an evening glass of wine . The apt is large and the ac works perfectly . Location is perfect , a block away from Main Street yet protected from all the noise hustle and bustle . They responded to any questions within 5 min . Don’t hesitate to book this lovely apt with 2 incredibly engaging hosts .

Accueil sans problème, gérants attentifs , photos un peu flatteuses par rapport au réel ….comme souvent…nous avons moyennement apprécié le côté un peu vieillot dans l ‘ ensemble…la vaisselle en plastique,,et l ‘ environnement très urbain et très bruyant…..cependant bien placé ..nous avons surtout apprécié le balcon … Au final un endroit pratique ( notamment le garage ) pour visiter Côme

Gemütliches Appartement in zentraler Lage

Wir verbrachten zu zweit eine knappe Woche in Como. Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen: Die Küche war mit allen notwendigen Utensilien ausgestattet, das Badezimmer sauber und das Schlafzimmer geräumig mit bequemem Bett. Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal: Zum historischen Zentrum sind es nur wenige Gehminuten und auch öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Von den Gastgebern wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen und sogar am Bahnhof abgeholt. Sie versorgten uns auch mit allerlei Tipps und Empfehlungen zu Restaurants, Bars und Ausflusgzielen. Bei Problemen oder Fragen waren sie zudem jederzeit erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt! Wir können die Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen!

A very relaxing stay

Celo and Ugo were very welcoming hosts and had a very detailed info binder. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. Would love to come back again. The apartment made our trip to Como very enjoyable and relaxing.

Herrliche Ferienwoche mit Hund

Unser Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Cela und Ugo war perfekt. Mein Mann und ich, aber auch unsere 2 kleinen Windhunde fühlten uns sehr wohl. Die zentral gelegene Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet, hat ein geräumiges Schlafzimmer mit Rollläden und guten Betten. Auch die Küche ist gut eingerichtet mit grossem Kühl- und Tiefkühlschrank. Wir bekochten uns meist selbst. Zur Bäckerei Berretta hat man zu Fuss 10 min und in unmittelbarer Nähe, ca 100m, hat es einen kleinen Lebensmittelladen mit Früchten und Gemüse. Kleine Grünflächen für die Hunde sind auch in der Nähe vorhanden. An der Via Gorio und F. Crispi hatten wir meistens Glück, einen kostenlosen Parkplatz zu finden. Wir bummelten durch Como, besuchten die Pinacoteca Civica, den Dom (5 min zu Fuss), San Fedele, fuhren dem See entlang und machten eine Schifffahrt. Es hat uns sehr gefallen.
