About this property

Our single family house is located in a very beautiful community by Little Assawoman Bay. It was settled in September 2018. It has 2,600 sq ft. It is 7 min drive to Fenwick Island, and 7 min drive to grocery stores. You will also find many great restaurants nearby.
House:
We have Smart TVs in every bedroom including a 65 inch in the living room and a 55 inch in the master bed. WiFi is FULLY covered in every corner of this house. We use great furniture including Restoration Hardware. We do stay here during off-season, so we provide what we like to all guests.
Community Amenities:
The waterfront clubhouse has an outdoor swimming pool, a kids pool and a gym. You would also have the access to the private beach and decks from the clubhouse. You may bring your canoe, kayaks or jet ski. You will have to take them out of water after use though. There is also a fireplace right across from the house.
Nearby:
You will have great restaurant and other attractions within minutes of drive in Fenwick Island and Ocean City. You will also enjoy Delaware Seashore State Park. If you are from out-of-state, you have to check out Tanger Outlets in Rehoboth Beach about 30 minutes drive away.

Great house on the bay, beautiful homes and views

We thoroughly enjoyed out stay in this lovely home. The owner was responsive, helpful, with a detailed helpful welcome doc sitting by front door. Kitchen was well stocked and clean. First floor is open concept with great views of the bay. Back porch was a lovely morning and evening spot for coffee, glass of wine. Neighborhood was quiet, well kept, with terrific club house, community pool, dock on bay, well equipped gym. Neighborhood was great location, close to Harris Teeter, close to Fenwick but not in the hectic beach front/Rt 1 hubbub. Thank you so much!

Exceeded all our expectations

This was the most wonderful family vacation. My husband and I invited our adult kids, and 10 month old grandson to join us. An extra bonus friend also spent a few days with us. The house was fabulous, comfortable and exactly as pictured. It was well stocked and Harry was an amazingly responsive owner for our few questions. The community is well set up, neighbors very friendly and the pool and gym are close and very accessible. This location is great, with easy ( drivable) access to the ocean, and convenient to stores and restaurants We really hope to make this an annual family event

Absolutely loved it

We absolutely loved our stay. Communicated with the owner a couple of times and he was very responsive and helpful. We'll definitely be renting from him again!!!

Beautiful view

House was as advertised. Large home plenty of room for adult children and family. Easy trip to grocery store and beach. Back deck was a go to place for everyone. Husband enjoyed the kayak. While I was at the pool. Neighbors are friendly.

Lovely Home and Community

The property is very lovely and exactly as pictured. Harry, the owner was always available to answer questions. The clubhouse and pool were an easy walk and very nice. The location is convenient for bikerides. It is a fairly short car drive to Bethany Beach or Ocean City. For an ocean beach, we drove about 10 minutes to Fenwick Island State Park, a beautiful place.
