Modern home with amenities and water access! Your Best Family Vacation Ever!

The luxury house is located at the quiet, family friendly Overlook community,  it is our vacation house and is being immaculately tended. Equipped with 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, the house features new furnishings and decor throughout. 
On the main floor, there is a  primary bedroom, 2 guest bedrooms, kitchen, dining area and a spacious living room. We have a gas grill set on the main floor deck, it is an obvious pleasure to have some BBQ after a fun day at the beach/pool.
Heading up to the upper level, not only you will find 2 additional guest bedrooms with a Jack and Jill bathroom, but also a sizable family room with entertainments,  the upper floor airy deck is adjacent to the family room, it is an ideal place to relax and enjoy the natural view of the back yard.
The amenity-rich community offers a large swimming pool with kids zone, fitness center, library, outdoor fireplace, private and beautiful beach along the sandy shores of Little Assawoman Bay. You may crab at the community marina. You may launch kayaks right into the bay from the clubhouse pier. 
The house is also only a few mins away from various attractions, fine dinings and shoppings.

Very nice house not far from Fenwick beach in a pleasant community with a pool and workout room. Clean, big, and far larger than we expected, the house was perfect and Harry, the owner, made everything easy, from checkin thru checkout.

Birthday Getaway

The house is beautiful. Very clean and modern with lots of space. We had 10 people with us and everybody had plenty of space. The community and facilities are also very nice. The pool and the fitness center are just a short walk from the house. Bethany Beach and Ocean City are a short drive away. We had a great time and would stay again.

Family beach vacation!

Great house in a lovely community! My family of four (kids ages 11 & 16) stayed in this beautiful home with my sister's family of four (kids ages 3 & 6) and the grandparents. The home provided plenty of space for all of us. Loved the upstairs sitting/TV area in addition to the downstairs livingroom. Community pool was a bonus! We all loved it and appreciated that it was a short walk from the home. Prime location to beaches as well as restaurants, mini golf, shopping, etc. We would definitely stay there again.

The property was just as described on VRBO. The neighborhood was quiet. The pool was nice. It is 10 minutes from Fenwick Island State Park beach on the Atlantic Ocean. We were concerned about not being closer to the beach but found it actually easier to access the beach than some homes we rented in the past that were right next to the beach. My son and Grandson enjoyed catching crabs in the bay and going kayaking. It is a great place to stay if one has dogs and family. We had 2 dogs and a family of 9. There was adequate parking for 4 cars. All in all, we had a great stay despite it being a rainy week.

Big and Beautiful

We had a lovely stay at this spacious, modern home. Plenty of room for a big family and a lovely community pool that we enjoyed. We cook a lot on our family vacations and I would advise you bring what you need to make meals, to include standard spices (salt, pepper, etc.) as there wasn't anything like that provided. The kitchen is beautiful but the cookware and silverware was not the best quality and there is no tupperware or anything for storage of leftovers.
