The apartment is upstairs over the garage and part of the house. The separate entrance opens to the living room. There is a sleeper couch in the living room that makes into a queen bed, plus a another couch and two chairs. There is an complete kitchen with a Keurig, dishes, silverware, glasses, mugs and pans provided. The bedroom with a queen bed is beside the living room. The bathroom has a shower, washer and dryer and is beside the kitchen. The outdoor steps lead to a deck and the entrance door. There is parking space close to the entrance.

The apartment is convenient to Miami University's athletic fields, uptown Oxford and Hueston Woods State Park.

Location is great if you are visiting your student at Miami. Nice apartment, large in size. Great communication with the host. I stayed two nights, would be a nice place if you had a need to stay longer, as well. There is a full kitchen and laundry available.

We moved to Oxford in 1976 for graduate school at Miami University and employment there. We now live about 5 miles northeast of uptown Oxford and enjoy living in the rural area with woods in our backyard. It was our dream to design and build our own home which we accomplished in 2000. With our family all grown, we now enjoy sharing our extra space with visitors to Oxford.
