Stanbridge Cottage is a clean and cosy little cottage, a place to come back to relax after a day exploring the many local attractions.

The property is situated up a hill on Stanbridge Street Daylesford. There are lovely walks to enjoy taking in the surrounds. The Wombat Hill Botanical Gardens Cafe Convent Gallery Cafe and The Sunday Markets.

The Town Centre Shops and Cafes and Lake Daylesford are a moments travel away.

Stanbridge Cottage is suitable for one couple, two adult guests.

The bedroom provides a queen size bed with
I love linen ❤️ sheets.

Opening from the bedroom is a sunroom to listen to bluetooth radio, read your book, morning paper, or tourist information.

The bathroom has a shower over claw foot bath with Dindi Naturals bubble bath, soap and body wash.

The kitchenette, is small and not fully equipped for guest who plan to cook there meals it is suited to guests who want to enjoy dining out at local cafes and restaurants or for heating up a locally prepared meals or enjoying creating a cheese, antipasto or fruit platter from local produce.
( I do not provide a microwave or non stick frying pan)

The cosy lounge and dining area are connected within an open space.

The Ned Kelly fireplace is essential during winter, also a Rinnia gas heater, and a Panasonic split system reverse cycle aircondioner.

Maximum two adult guests. ( not suitable for infants and children)

Beautiful stay

A lovely place to stay

The cottage in Daylesford has everything you need and more with many unexpected extras. It is very comfortable, warm (it was cold while we were there in May) and enjoyable to be in.

Stanbridge Cottage A Cosy Retreat

Stanbridge Cottage is a cosy and snug place to stay in the centre of Daylesford. The freezing weather was not at all noticeable in the beautiful warm interior of the cottage. The host Kylie was great. Very informative and welcoming.

Relaxing Stanbridge Cottage

A wonderful, warm and inviting cottage for a relaxing stay in Daylesford. Amenities were clean and cottage is well laid out and supplied with all we needed for a few day stay. Our host was engaging and thoughtful and would certainly recommend this as a great place to explore this beautiful region of Victoria.

Charming cottage

We had a wonderful stay in Kylie’s charming cottage. It was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated with high end finishings. We appreciated the chocolate and local sparkling water and I especially loved the linen bedding and curtains. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we look forward to returning one day.

Lovely cottage with special presentation.

Stanbridge Cottage felt very welcoming as soon as we stepped through the door. Everything was of a very high quality - bed linen, towels, crockery and cutlery.The owner provided some very welcome treats- chocolate, sparkling water and cereal.We highly recommend and would happily return.

Quaint cottage

We both loved staying at the cottage. It was close to town and everything else we wanted to do. Honestly, the cleanest house we've ever stayed in. The heater was toasty warm and the bed comfortable. Would recommend it and we would definitely stay again. Thanks Kylie for great communication

Delightfully Cosy Cottage

Stayed 2 nights in this delightfully cosy cottage. Communication from the host was excellent. The cottage was clean, cosy and beautifully decorated. The wood fire gave it a lovely country ambience. Also enjoyed a very relaxing country style bath at the end of the day. Bed was super comfy. Couldn't fault anything and can recommend for other guest stays.

Beautiful Cottage

Lovely place to stay for a few days in Daylesford. Gorgeous French style interiors, very comfortable bed. Quiet location, as approx.15mins walk into town, note walking back is uphill. Chocolate and cereal/ milk were nice touches. Beautiful old style bath. Good communication from the owner and easy check in. Just one suggestion, I would have found a microwave handy but otherwise all self contained.

TOP NOTCH ACCOMMODATION.

Just beautiful. Every inclusion thought of and immaculate. Quality and thoughtfulness in every aspect, simple French provincial styling with delightful touches and inclusions. Loved the Raw cacao hot chocolate for instance, it was so appreciated at the time. You can see the care and value that has gone into this place. We would definitely come back. It’s a touch out of main strip, but not too far to walk.
