Cozy brand new one bedroom apartment within 700 meters walk to the beach and 5 minutes by car to Arcadia disco clubs, 15 minuets by car to the center of the city.
It is located in the new apartment complex which area 24 hours monitored by security service.
Our flat has one living room divided into sleeping and living zones by curtain. The sleeping zone is equipped with twin-size bed 160x200 cm and dressing table. At the living zone you can find a sofa transforming into sleeping place 140x200 cm for 2 adults or children, flat TV-set at the wall, coffee table and wardrobe. Both zones have main and point lightening.
Our flat has 14 sq.m. kitchen fully equipped by furniture, dining table, stove, kettle, fridge, washing and drying machines, kitchenware, dishes, etc. There is large balcony from the kitchen looking to the yard.
One private bathroom with shower cabin, towels, shampoo is also at your disposal.
The apartment is connected to WIFI internet and has air conditioning.
