The Space:
The apartment features; enter the apartment directly from the courtyard through the private elevator and step through the door into the 174m2/1872sqf apartment oak wooden floors with open space kitchen, dining room and living room. The Kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary equipment and utensils.

There are three individual bedrooms with lockable doors each with tempur-medic superior quality beds from LaPur and of course room darkening shades to sleep-in and rest on your holiday. It's worth mentioning here that the apartment is absolutely quiet.

The apartment has two full bathrooms with walk-in showers.
Washing machine facilities in the apartment along with iron, drying rack and complimentary detergents.

The unit has central heating, and fans are available on request.
There is no AC in the unit.

The living room has two large sofas, that can be split apart and utilised as two twin-beds.

100+ channels, Netflix and Spotify are complimentary.

250mbit WIFI with excellent coverage throughout the unit.

Amenities such as World travel adapters, phone chargers and other practical necessities are complimentary.

The Neighborhood:
Compact Indre by is Copenhagen's bustling centre. It encompasses the Nyhavn harbour, with its boats, colourful houses and fish restaurants, as well as Strøget, a long pedestrian street dotted with upscale boutiques and indie shops. The famed Little Mermaid statue

Getting Around:
The property is a short 5-minute walk away from the Kings Square metro station.
Taxi and Bus stops are just on the end of the street, there is a myriad of restaurants in the immediate area and you are just a few steps away from New Harbour and boat rentals.

Other Things to Note:
Apartment is accessed through the private elevator, but also possible to enter using the stairs.
There are two ways to reach the apartment:
1. Take the Metro line M2 directly from the airport and go off at the stop called "Kongens Nytorv" all lines from the airport stops here.

From there it will take around 5 minutes to walk to the apartment. Street names can be a bit complicated to explain, so i recommend you print out a map before hand.

Otherwise take a Taxi from the airport, it will take less than 20 minutes and costs around 250kr or less.

If you are 4+ people it will cost the same in a taxi than by metro.
