About this property

Traditional detached house of 90m², with private pool and breathtaking seaview. Sleeping up to 5 persons max, has two bedrooms (one double, one twin) with seperate balconies, one bathroom (washing-machine, hair-dryer, air-cooler), one fully equiped kithenette, a dining area, a living-room (fire-place, sofabed), a picturesque backyard and a spacious roofed veranda with panoramic view both to mountain and to the sea. An open parking space is also available. The house is located on a private estate of approx 11,000m², perched on a hillside overlooking the Gulf of Aetos, 5 minutes drive from Vathy, Ithaca.

Perfect private and quiet retreat with unbelievable views

Great location and although quite elevated (approx 150m above sea level) this well equipped, wonderfully private house with spectacular views was only a 25 minute walk from Vathi. There is a second house close by (about 30 metres) with the same owner, which was not occupied while we stayed, but the layout of the two houses meant that even if it it was privacy was not really compromised. Sofia, the property manager, was really helpful and lovely - we plan to return.
