Beautiful townhouse with 3 bedrooms (1 suite), with ceiling fan and air conditioning in all 3 bedrooms. Pool and barbecue in the gourmet area. Well equipped kitchen. Garage for 5 or 6 cars. Private, with stream in the back. TV and Sky in the Suite and room and WIFI in the whole house (internal and external). Freezer. External cooker. Located in the hinterland of Camburi, distant 2.5km from the beach of Camburizinho in quiet and familiar village, commerce, market and restaurants nearby. It is 1km from the river of rocks and 3km from the Rio Pedras waterfall. Place well located and quiet for children (my little kids play in the street) and great for biking, many trails and roads. The house is very well cared for as our family often uses it during the year. Unlikely to have water shortage, because in addition to the water coming straight from the waterfall, there is an artesian well. Swimming pool has a beach area for 8x1 children and various inflatable toys and beach and pool paraphernalia. Contact us and we can negotiate dates, values ​​and quantity of people. Comfortably sleeps 12 people, but has mattresses for up to 14 people, using space in addition to the bedrooms (living room, balcony, hammocks). In the living room there is a ceiling fan but the lower area of ​​the house is very cool as it has many windows. The whole house is airy and bright, without the smell of a closed house. The house is located in a village and with a quiet neighborhood, as it is recommended to families and people who enjoy the nature and the quiet of the place, so I request to maintain the usual peace and quiet, avoiding parties and meetings that may cause inconvenience to the neighborhood, especially in the nocturnal period.

The location is excellent, close to the beach of Camburi / Camburizinho and the best beaches of the north coast of SP, Boiçucanga where there is a great shopping center (shopping, Extra Market, shops, pharmacy, Hospital, many reputable restaurants, Banks and ATMs Bradesco, Santander, Itau, BB) and Maresias, where there is youthful frequency and ballads, also of the more reserved beaches such as Baleia Beach, Barra do Sahy and Juquehy. If you like nature, there are nearby, beautiful waterfalls and crystal clear rivers.
The host will have full access to the house, just remember that it is often used by the family, so there are items for personal use and that we ask for care. Comfortably sleeps 12 people and has mattresses for up to 14 people. The kitchen is complete with many utensils and appliances and in the barbecue area there is also a refrigerator and freezer, stove, microwave and utensils to make barbecue (boards, knives, forks, grill). Air conditioning and ceiling fan in all rooms. Claro and OI's 3G and cellular signal are good, other operators are weak. There are several inflatable toys, beach chair, umbrella, buoys, mini swimming pool for babies, crib, and many other objects of pool and beach that can be used, always with care and care.
Eventually some of the people who care for house maintenance can enter the outdoor area, clean pool, garden ... etc. But inside the house only with guests' permission.

Regarding the tonality of the pool water, I advise that when there is heavy rains and sudden changes in temperature (hot to cold) the pool water can get a bit turbid and greenish, it is a characteristic of the water we use, which comes from the waterfall of the saw and is of excellent quality, without chemical material and very pure, if this occurs, after 24 hours returns to normal and does not cause any health problems. You can bathe without being rich. But it is something that can happen and is beyond our control. Do not be surprised.
We also recall that the residence is located in the middle of the Mata Atlântica and therefore makes it a pleasant place and in contact with nature, but there are also some potential drawbacks to be highlighted, such as possible annoyances caused by wild animals, birds , bees, moths, ants, mosquitoes, flies and the like. If there are people who are sensitive to these "contacts" I suggest re-evaluating the desire to stay in this place, but if you are a lover and / or a lover of nature, it will be a pleasant place to spend a few days of vacation and rest.
