Good Stay - Bathroom Needs Work

I really enjoyed my stay and loved the location right by the beach. As other reviewers mentioned, there is music outside until late, but there is enough white noise that I had no trouble sleeping. My only complaints are that the price was raised right before booking - I agreed to the price but it felt dishonest to advertise at one price but then sell at another. Also, the bathroom needs a lot of work - virtually no water pressure in the shower and it looks like there is a lot of mold around the sink. Ultimately, if I came back to South Beach, I would stay here again.

Great location in Ocean Drive

It is a big studio, just like the pictures. Good beds, clean sheets, kitchen well equipped. Bathroom regular. The bathtub is fine, but the shower does not have a place to hold it, so you have to manage it with your hand all the time and leave it on the floor when you are cleaning your head. We didnt even ask the owner to fix it, but there should be some holder. It also had a big top shower but the pressure of the water was lousy. The location is great to have all the art deco main bars and restaurants of ocean Drive and collins at walking distance. The rooms are right over an important bar called The Palace, one of the most active and noisy in Ocean Drive. BUT since the apartment has double glass, when you close it, the sound is very low. We had to ask the bellman to send someone to take the trash out after 3 days. Location is very good, right in the middle

Great location but needs to be refurbished

Location is very good. The room needs to be refurbished. Bathroom needs to be completly redone.Bath/Shower was really bad. Couldnt have a proper shower as shower head was only spitting out water. There is a door in the bathroom out to the bedroom and you can see everything going on in bathroom.No privacy. Room very dated. Needs new beds. New flooring etc to make it worth the money we paid. Door to balcony did not lock. One evening somone was able to walk straight into our room. How? We reported it to reception. Towel change was only on the friday night before we left.we were there the Wednesday. Over all the Location is brilliant and the Palace Bar underneath is a great bar. We made the most of our time there and had a ball.

Great Stay

Location can’t be beat. Rental was as advertised and photos spot on. Other reviews indicate music/noise concern, we had a 4-month old and there was no noise issue to speak if. You can hear the bass from time to time during “wake” hours from the local clubs, but it was not disruptive during sleep hours. Definitely recommend and definitely will be returning. Great hosts with great communication!
