We met the host, Mitch, at the house at check in. He showed us around and was very friendly. The house was clean and in a very good spot on the creek. We enjoyed swimming, kayaking and fishing. We caught lots of small mouth bass and other fish, we had a wonderful stay!

So glad you enjoyed your stay at fantastic Piney Creek, and especially glad you caught some fish--if you come back during the cooler months, chances are good you will catch a beautiful rainbow trout. Thank you!

It was the perfect, relaxing and unplugged get away. The cabin was incredibly comfortable, & clean. The host communicated very well and was very accommodating. But… The best part to me was walking down to Piney Creek and sitting in the beautiful rapids while my husband fished. We look forward to returning as soon as we can!

Beautiful & secluded

This cabin was just what we needed. Quiet & away from things. The owner met us there & greeted us, took us on a tour & made us feel very welcomed. Quite a drive to get there, but well worth it. We love the outdoors & fishing, clean air & wildlife. Amanda

Peaceful Getaway

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very secluded (highly recommend a truck or high profile SUV) and serene. The creek was absolutely beautiful and really the size of a small river in TX! The Wi-fi was just the amount we needed to stay in touch with family and for my husband to complete a work project. Hoping to return soon!
