The home is situated in southeast Cape Coral and has 2 lovely furnished bedrooms, a den with queen sleeper and a solar heated swimming pool. Whether you prefer relaxing at the house or enjoy boating, this house caters to both lifestyles. Living area: 1950 sq.ft.

This home IS NOT equipped with any sort of Grill per Homeowners request.

Important: This is a 3 bedroom home. 4 guests are included in the posted rates. Each additional guest in this home will be charged an ADDITIONAL FEE. Guests under 6 years of age are free of charge. For online reservations you will be able to add additional guests during the booking process.

Great stay

We enjoyed our month at villa Rebecca. Other than missing a blender, the home had almost everything we needed for our vacation. Location on a canal was perfect, but the property could use a few upgrades.

Snow birds

Some maintenance needs to be addressed. Is furniture should be updated. Overall the house is very clean and has lots of towels, And the kitchen is well stocked with cooking pots and pans, The shower in the master bedroom is wonderful, The location of the house is really nice close to anything that you would need. We really enjoyed our stay in this house, And the property managers were awesome

Dirty

The carpet in the bedrooms is terrible all the house is very dirty. Found cucarachas everywhere. The locks on the glass door did not work and they never fixed. The solar system for the pool worked only 2 days. The house is very nice but needs a lot of attention inside and out. We believe that the price is very high for what it is. Also, the electric bill was never addressed before arrival.
