About this property

Thank you for your interest in our home on the West Shore! We know you’ll love our cabin because of the location and comfort of the home. This is an ideal getaway for couples and families.
We are close to all the best hiking and biking trails, Meek's Bay, Emerald Bay, Homewood Ski Resort, Sunnyside, West Shore Cafe and Chambers.
If you’d like to bring your BOAT we have access to a buoy (available if requested enough in advance at $30/day).
The space
The best features of the house include the dual family room spaces, fenced landscpaped backyard with horseshoe pit (next to conservatory lot providing extra privacy), and recently updated décor including all new linens.
Master Bedroom: King Bed | Bedroom 2: Queen Bed | Bedroom 3: 2 sets of bunks (one with a full-size bed).
I am happy to help with any questions about the area and things to do! We just love Tahoma and all that it offers. Also, we have a local maintenance/cleaner that are available in case of immediate needs. I am always via text, email or phone!

What we love about the home and location:
- Enjoy walks around the neighborhood or take the 10 min walk to the lake, local pizza place and/or espresso/gelato shop!
-Our kids love to ride their bikes up/down the quiet dead-end street the house is on that backs up to Sugar Pine Point park!
- The hot tub is great during the colder months but has also been wonderful in the summer months for our younger kids
-Guests have loved our very well stocked kitchen, the 2 flat-screen cable Smart TV’s, full cable/wifi access, large laundry room and more

Great home away from home

Everything in this home was great, even better than expectations. It was well-stocked with spices, dishes, utensils, shower soaps, towels, etc. We weren't missing anything we needed. The new floors and re-done deck are lovely. The backyard looks like a perfect place to relax although we didn't have an occasion to use it. We were lucky with great weather which contributed to an over-all wonderful experience. Andrea was easy to communicate with; we hope to be able to stay here again in the future.

Lovely Tahoe home

The house was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. We found everything we needed for cooking. The beds were all very comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring. We enjoyed hikes in the area and biking on the nearby bike path. Our kids has a great time playing in the fenced backyard. We hope to return!

Amazing !

This property had everything we needed. Well stocked kitchen made it so easy for us to actually cook there, amazing view, spacious place especially for traveling with family. We had an amazing stay !!!

Great Stay

We loved the house and had a great stay here. It’s in a quiet and relaxing neighborhood but is close to plenty of things to do in the area. The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!

We are a family of five with young children. We live in the Sacramento area and have always loved the West Shore of Tahoe. We are so excited to have a place there now and to be able to share it with our fellow Tahoe enthusiasts!

Why they chose this property

We love this home for so many reasons. The open room concept of the upstairs family room makes it an ideal place to gather for meals and just relaxing/hanging out. The downstairs bar/game room area has become and extended family room area perfect for our kids and their friends. The fenced backyard is right next to an empty conservatory lot for extra privacy. We've enjoyed many afternoons playing games in the back with our family and friends and relaxing under the pines.
