Pinot Vista has been renovated with fresh paint, furniture, appliances, and fixtures throughout. A brand new Fiberon deck has been installed for the front entryway and the backyard, and there is a brand new propane grill to enjoy. Additional minor improvements will occur over the next year to ensure continued enjoyment of this wonderful home for all of its future guests.

Boasting impressive views of two vineyards, as well as Mt. Hood and Mt. Jefferson, this home provides ample space for gathering in a beautiful setting. An open concept living room with fireplace, dining area with seating for 12, and fully equipped kitchen offer plenty of room to gather with family and friends. A large master suite offers a sitting area, fireplace, and private bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and deck access. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. P If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected.
