Bay View Cottage offers a bright and airy, open-concept living/kitchen and dining area and also an en-suite bed/bath on the main floor. On the second floor there's another 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. This pristine residence is completely outfitted with everything you will need to make your vacation a comfortable and pleasant experience, including central A/C throughout, Satellite TV, Wifi Internet, BBQ Grill,
5-gallon water cooler and laundry facilities. There is also a pack-n-play for guests with little ones.

This house was absolutely perfect for our family of 6. We rented a boat, so we spent a lot of time fishing and exploring the area by water. Ross made us feel perfectly at home. We could have chatted for hours! The manatees even paid us a visit! An amazing week!

Paradise!!

This house was the perfect size for our group of 5 friends! It was so clean and comfortable. The dock was the perfect way to start and end our days, we brought floats to hang out on in the water. The day we did a boat excursion we were able to get picked up right outside our house at the dock. There were so many towels for us to use, the grill worked great, and the golf cart we rented through the house ran well. Stella and Ross were welcoming and very helpful! Stella’s mango bread was delicious :) Thank you two for the best and most relaxing senior spring break we could have asked for!! We made lifelong memories!

Awesome Vacation!

This was one of the best vacations we've ever had! Ross and Stella are fabulous hosts! Throughout our stay they went out of their way to help us. It started as soon as we got off the ferry in Spanish Wells. Ross took our luggage in his cart and we drove his rental cart back to his place. The day before we were supposed to take the ferry back to Nassau, we received a call telling us the ferry was broken and that we needed to find another way to get back to Nassau. After trying all the airlines and finding out that they were all booked, Ross came to our rescue and helped us make arrangements to charter a plane. By the way, I neglected to write that their house is gorgeous and exceeded our expectations! Everyone in our party felt like we were long lost cousins.

The McLean Clan:Exceptional!We are repeat guests, and our stay was fantastic as always. One couldn't ask for a cleaner or more perfect house than this. It is truly a treasure! For boaters, the dock set set up perfect, and is well protected within Pelican Bay. Stella and Ross, the owners/hosts, were super nice and welcoming, bringing us fresh conch salad and delicious mango bread. Ross went out of his way arranging for Customs to clear us in upon arriving late due to bad weather and a small boat. We have found our new "home away from home".

Excellent location and perfect in every way!

Six of us came by Boat and stayed for a week, can’t say enough good things about Ross and his wife who stay on the property. He helped us a bunch with fishing spots and ideas to do on the island. The dog had everything we needed for our boat, water and electric Fillet table, etc. we will be back for sure next year.

AMAZING

Our family of 6 stayed for 10 nights. The property is exactly as advertised. We had everything we needed in the house for a comfortable stay, and we had family dock their boat right in front of the house at the private dock. The owner was so very kind. The rental manager helped us secure transportation from the airport. Thank you for an amazing family vacation

Fantastic as always! We have stayed at Ross and Stella’s lovely cottage for a week in February every year since 2019. Over the years we have had many friends, children and grandchildren share the experience. It works perfectly for us because we are exploring the Bahamas in our boat, but don’t have room for more than another couple to stay onboard. The dock and 3 bedroom house at Pelican Bay make it comfortable for everyone!

Wonderful Bahama Vacation

During our 1,300+ mile cruise through The Bahamas, this was by far our best stay. This house was perfect in all aspects. It was perfectly setup for boaters, on the sheltered Pelican Bay. The owners couldn't have been more pleasant, providing us with local knowledge, homemade "goodies", the feeling of being "home", and privacy. This was the first time visiting the Spanish Wells area, and we fell in love with it. I would highly recommend this home to anyone, both boaters and non-boaters. We are planning on retuning next year.
