It offers a new King size bed, cable TV, a chair and a sleeper sofa in the living room area. The bathroom has a shower and bathtub and a fully equipped kitchen with a full size refrigerator and stove. Free Wi-Fi. One assigned parking space provided. Redington Surf Resort is located right on the beautiful beach of North Redington Beach. Close proximity to restaurants and shopping, and easy access to the trolley. The property offers a heated swimming pool. The shuffleboard court, BBQ grills, covered picnic tables, and sun deck are all beach front so you can soak in the gorgeous view.

Not What I expected

Unit needs updating. Bathroom vanity in very poor condition, towels were very rough to the touch. Unit smelled of mold or previous water issues. Furniture was not comfortable. Lots of mechanical noises. Great location and pool. A Hotel room would have been more enjoyable.

Late Christmas in Florida

Place was exactly as described and shown. The only issue we had was the heating/air conditioning unit would kick on at night because it was so loud and rattled.

Difficulty with Communication

The check in process was very confusing and I had to go to another location on the day of check in for an in-person check in. There was confusion with a hurricane that came through the area and when trying to figure out arrangements, I spoke to several extremely rude people. I did finally speak with one kind person who helped me. The unit itself was clean, but nothing to write home about. There was an issue with a neighbor in which the police had to be called. I would not recommend this property or the property company in the future.
