Beautiful view! Host was great. Room was reasonably clean. Bathroom needs some attention, the door from the backside and the trim needs to replaced and the tub spout is loose. Other than that the place was great! Beach was wonderful along with the Tiki Bar

The best feature is the view of the Gulf, so beautiful! Just steps to the beach. The open condo size was just perfect for 2 for 4 nights. This condo does need a few things, the curtains & the bathroom door needs to be replaced. There is no dishwasher, guests are handwashing dishes. Hot water takes awhile, we were told to run the kitchen, bathroom sink & tub water at the same time. Restaurants & grocery store are close by.

We rented for six days, however we left and checked out after one day because the unit did not meet expectations. There was an overwhelming musty smell, the drapes are stained, the furniture throughout the condo was in poor condition — many pieces were nicked and the couch is stained and feels dirty. There is a great view, however the condition of the room was dismissal. Additionally during our trip, the building turned off the water for a day. There was no communication from iTrip and no attempt to financially fix the problem.

Catching fish both sides of property! Bait shop 5 minutes away. Beautiful beach and very warm pool. Snook, sheepshead, mangrove snapper,whiting, speckled trout, shovelhead shark, lady fish, grouper etc. Others not identified
