About this property

A three start hotel as a private apartment

A lovely two bedroom, two bath apartment on the 14th floor with a furnished balcony and easy access to DC and NOVA with a fantastic zen feel. My home is NOT walking distance to Metro but is 5 minutes from major roads and less than 5 miles to the nearest Metro staion

The space

My home is furnished for the adult I am. A fully functional kitchen, dinning room with seating for 4, living room with a seating area and places to watch a 43"TV and sofa bed. Each bedroom features a queen sized bed and closets and dressers with mirrors and TVs. There are two full bathrooms. The place is tastefully decorated with art and live plants. It is my home so there are pictures of my children and grandchildren.

The kitchen has a coffee maker, range, dishwasher, toaster oven, microwave, food processor and china, silver and glassware

Interaction with guests

I am always available but may not be on the property. I check the fish, plants and cleanliness everyday
