Full length views of the ocean from both the living room and bedroom of this stunning unit. The bedroom includes a large soaking tub! Kitchen is beautifully finished with modern dark granite and stainless steel appliances.

Look no further to have the perfect vacation! This condo is a true gem in the Kona Sea side. It overlooks the Banyans Surf site(considered the best surf break on the island), walking distance to Magic Sands Beach, and walking distance to the world famous Kahalu’u Beach Park! This is offered as an extremely spacious 1 bedroom featuring 1156 square feet.

A little piece of paradise

Location is wonderful! It is a unique condo, very spacious with ocean views that cannot be beaten. We were very comfortable and didn't want to leave.

This place is quaint. Plenty of space for 2 people. The view is amazing. Great location but that is about it. I would not stay here again. Needs some updating.

Amazing view and super comfortable condo!

We had a fantastic time! The view is insane 24/7! It feels like you are on a boat with the views, it’s amazing. Bed was super comfy and everything very clean. Will definitely book again!

Surfer Hot Spot

What a complete fun surprise to have such talent surfing views right from your balcony in the AM and PM. The location is excellent: Swimming off the Pier where the Kona Ironman starts was a special treat. Buoys abound to mark your swim. If you prefer 25 yards, the free access to the Kona Aquatic Center was another nice surprise. Within 2 miles of Walmart, Kona Coffee Shops, Safeway, Small business village. Everything was wonderful.

Condo was right on the Kona Sea Wall, with never ending ocean views surf. Open floor plan, great for 2. Hope to return.

Great Condo on the Ocean

We had a really nice time staying at 404 Banyan Tree. The condo was a described. The views were beautiful, and it was well located for all of our travel around the Kona area. Worth noting, the condo does not have AC. It never got above 81 in the place, so we were perfectly content, but this might be a little warm for some folks. Just rent with this knowledge in hand, as it's a great place but could be too warm for some in the summer.
