All carpeting removed and all new tile put in, for all you allergy sufferers. Brand new kitchen cabinets with granite countertops and stainless appliances. Completely redone master bath in 2024. Completely redone second bath in 2024. Completely repainted unit, doors and trim in 2024. New Living Room Furniture to include Queen Size Sofa sleeper in 2023. This unit is magnificent. Located in the heart of St. Pete Beach, you are walking distance to shops, restaurants, ice cream, groceries, etc. No need to rent a car as the airport shuttle (Supershuttle.com) can drop you off at the front door within 25 minutes, if you like. This is not a Vistas/ Resort shuttle so you will have to go online and book your ride. There is a Trolley that spans from Pass-A-Grille up to Clearwater and passes every half an hour.

Visit was as great as the memories

We loved it. Our mom and dad stayed in the same condo for about 20 years..we had not been there in nine years. One sister turns 70 this year. so the other two sisters decided it was time for us all to go back an celebrate! It was perfect. FYI the toaster did not work, we had to hold down the lever.

Great location and view! But weird smell.

The place had some great views! Easy access to the beach which was perfect. I had to give it 4 stars because the cleaning product used in the condo was horrible! The smell took over the fridge where if you put anything in there it would smell or taste like it. The floors were coated with a cleaner and extremely slick and dangerous. Did not go away but next day so we had to get it up. The rest of the place just stayed smelling this horrible cleaner/toxic smell. Had to keep windows and doors open 24/7. We would love to return but that would be a deal breaker in the future.

What a view!!!

We had the best time!!! We’ve stayed at different units at Vistas on the Gulf before and this is by far our favorite! The unit was very clean, well stocked, the beds were comfy, and the view was amazing! The office staff are great if you run out of supplies or have any questions during your stay. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again!!

We purchased our first unit in 2008 (unit 410) and this unit in 2015 (unit 302).We have been blessed in meeting and dealing with great families, such as yours. TRUE GULF FRONT UNIT!!!! Our condo is situated on one of the nicest beaches in Florida. The views are incredible and the amenities are, simply, too much to list. Having everything you need within walking distance truly makes for a great location. Our unit is well maintained and is always in 'like new' condition, when you arrive for your stay.
