Beautifully furnished condo with all of the conveniences of home. Spacious kitchen, dining room and living room with a large HD TV. Many recent upgrades during 2016 include new king size bed, new queen size bed, new bedroom/tile floor, new kitchen table/chairs, new microwave, new sleeper sofa, all new living room furniture, new kitchen appliances and dinnerware, new beach chairs and umbrella, etc. Each bedroom has a TV and separate bathroom. Spend the days enjoying the beach, water activities, or taking advantage of the numerous shopping and restaurant activities. At dusk you can relax in the pool, the hot tub, or enjoy the spectacular sunsets from your own private balcony. St. Pete Beach offers boundless activities for persons of all ages and interests.

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! However the room does need some better curtains on the sliding glass doors and the mattress on the pull out couch desperately needs replaced.

The property was clean and well kept. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The free and low cost transportation saved us having to rent a car.

Lovely, peaceful stay

The property is in good shape. In our condo everything worked, and it was wonderful to have chairs and an umbrella for the beach - tho be aware there are no beach towels. Balcony was very pleasant. The pool was nice and warm enough to swim in early March.

Nice spot on St Pete Beach

The condo sits on a beautiful beach. It was clean and well organized. We loved the full kitchen and made a few meals there. The TV remote controls were a bit confusing -n but worked well once we mastered them (There are 3 TV's and each one was a little different) Would be happy to stay here again.

Lovely place

Our unit was very clean and the location was perfect. The kitchen was ok, a little light in cooking supplies. Cooktop work well but the oven took forever to come up to temperature. When we come back, we will look to stay here again.

St. Pete’s Getaway

Good location. Friendly people. Pool was warm. We could have used some hangers for clothes. A few pods for laundry would be helpful also. Overall, we would stay there again.

Beach stay

We stayed here with our two children. The location was perfect- right on the beach and easy drive to restaurants. Lots of space for our family. Our only complaints were the minimal kitchen amenities (additional coffee cups, tumblers needed) and need for updated appliances (eg laundry and dish washer).

Great condo for a family

Great location and very spacious condo. Feels bright and beachy inside, kitchen is well-equiped. There are also beach chairs and fun things to use down on the beach. Unfortunately we weren't able to use any of it due to cold and rainy/windy weather but downtown St Pete and John's Pass was fun too.

Beautiful beach front

Loved our stay. Was a little hectic checking in as office was closed and no email with entry details sent but call to number on office door did resolve with in 5-10 minutes. Very close to many restaurants, bars, entertainment and easy drive to further attractions. Also liked that there was a nice pool/hot tub fornthey kids when they were sick of salt water (5,8,15). Would definitely go back.

Amazing location

The location and amazing beach made the stay terrific. The office staff and maintenance were friendly and fantastic to work with. The only complaint is the 2nd bedroom. No closet and the dresser is too bulky- somewhat blocking the access to the bed. The bedroom was too cramped for 2 adults, but would have worked for 1 adult.

Basic, satisfactory beach-side condo

The title says it - nice beach, nice facility, easy parking. The one thing renters should be aware of is that the kitchen is small and minimally equipped. Toaster and coffee maker yes, but no pot holders or collander. Have to run the dishwasher every day to have coffee cups and wine glasses. So be prepared and ENJOY.

Slightly Disappointed

Unit was alright, rooms were comfortable although the beds could use new mattresses. No beach towels were provided with the unit, and only 4 bath towels even though there were five of us. Dishwasher had standing water in the bottom of it and it was leaking onto the floor, property management said it was a known issue that had been addressed several times and they couldn’t get anyone out to fix while we were there. Thermostat stopped working our last night there, of course after the office closed and no after hours line was provided. Seemed like electrical in unit could use work or upgrades.
