1/4 mile to Weaver Park (playground, fitness, fishing pier, canoe/sup launch)
4 mile drive (or bike trail) to Honeymoon Island beach & Caladesi ferry
7 miles to Clearwater beach
On "Jolly Trolley" bus route between Tarpon Springs to Clearwater Beach.
1/2 mile to marina for boat trips and ferry to Clearwater Beach. (Pier is currently pending restoration after damage from Hurricane Milton. Waterfront restaurants remain open at this time.)

Annual trip

Astonishing view. Steps away from pool and St. Joseph Sound for viewing sunsets. Great neighbors. Fifth time staying in complex but first in this unit. We have our special places in Dunedin and discovered a new to us place.

Victoria Waterfront Getaway

This is a wonderful property in a unique and friendly community. The unit was in great shape and well equipped. Beautiful water views and walkable to downtown Dunedin with all its restaurants and shops.. Owner was very easy to work with and made our stay very relaxed. They even went above and beyond with help for us after we had forgotten a couple of items. I would highly recommend them and their property.

Why they chose this property

Within a short stroll Dunedin's lively downtown offers boutique shopping, restaurants, bars, farmers market and more. It's the site of annual events and parades. We were drawn to Dunedin's Scottish heritage since Anne's mother was from Glasgow and enjoy the sounds of bagpipes and the annual Highland Games. With windows facing St Josephs Sound, we knew we had found the perfect coastal retreat.
