Stately red brick English Mansion located on prestigious boulevard, blocks from Lake Michigan and Lake park. The formal rooms are adorned with beautiful plaster ceilings, handsome woodwork and hardwood floors. The third floor was recently finished into a large and open entertaining space with a full bathroom. Central air exists throughout. The property includes a large and private backyard. The basement has recently been renovated and remodeled into an open concept suite with a private patio and two bathrooms. Additionally, a 7 person hot tub was installed on the outdoor patio in January 2021.

Best Host Ever! Thank you.This Grand Home was perfect for our large family gathering. Never even used some of the fancy bathrooms in the lower level!! The area is walkable and beautiful. We are renting again!!

Great Weekend!

Myself and a group of guys stayed here last weekend, and it was a fantastic spot. Lots of space and a great outdoors area as well as a great location. I would recommend this place to any groups looking for a place in Milwaukee.

Great stay!

This was an amazing home! It was beautiful, clean, well apportioned, as advertised, and great location. We were a group of 7 adults and had plenty of room and bathrooms. The outside patio was lovely. Walking distance to cafes and restaurants. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Room For The Whole Family

Eight of us slept there, 15 of us hung out and celebrated Christmas. It was perfect for us. It was nice having the extra downstairs oven for cooking Christmas dinner.

Huge, eclectic, comfortable, and fun!

Ajoy's property was great! I hosted my bachelor party there and found the place perfect for the 10 of us. Each floor seemed to offer a different experience and the ample bed and bathroom spaces were extremely useful. I'd definitely recommend to any large group coming to Milwaukee - and make sure you plug in the karaoke machine!

Memorial Day Get Together

The house was amazing!! There were 10 of us and we spent a ton of time at the house. Fantastic lower level for just hanging out, and fabulous back yard. Ajoy was a great host and provided everything we needed. If you need a nice large house for a group, I would highly recommend this property

Great house. Ton's of room for our group of 11. Patio/grill and hottub were great in the back yard. Beautiful neighborhood. 10 minute uber to downtown. Fully equipped kitchen. Host was great. Couldn't have had a better place.

90th Birthday Celebration

What a fantastic place to gather with friends and family! We walked through all the rooms with our jaws on the floor: spacious and great for a large crowd. The neighborhood was stunning and perfect for walks….so close to the Lake! Mom/Grammie, said it was the best birthday party she’s ever had! Ajoy, the owner was great to work with and very attentive to our needs.

Amazing Stay

The house was incredible! The house was large enough for our group of 8-20 throughout the weekend. It was very clean and a fun house to stay in. No issue finding space to sleep. The house was in a good location to travel Milwaukee from. Ajoy was an excellent host and communicated proactively ahead of time. He was very responsive and accommodating to our questions and group. Incredible house, great for groups!

We just finished our weekend at Ajoy's house in Milwaukee, and everyone had a great time! The house is amazing, and the recently refurbished basement was great for hanging out. Lots of outdoor space as well. There are also plenty of places to sleep throughout the house, making it great for group rentals. Ajoy was easy to get a hold of and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend this property, thanks Ajoy!

I love beautiful architecture and I fell in love with my house on first sight! The character of the house is reflected well in the woodwork, crown moldings, fireplaces and large rooms of the house. The backyard is spacious and the house and the patio provide a perfect place for entertaining and socializing.

What makes this property unique

The house was built in 1908 and retains much of the original work and charm, but provides all the comforts and amenities of modern-day living. with four original fireplaces. The first, second and third floors have high ceilings, and spacious rooms. The main entrance, foyer and formal dining room has custom paneled wainscoting and plaster crown molding. The living room, dining room and the two master bedrooms have original fireplaces and elegant chandeliers.
