Three friends with different backgrounds came together several years ago to form an LLC and acquire this condo unit. We are all involved in real estate activities in one form or fashion and like to have rental property as an investment asset.

Why Amy E Pickard chose Gulf Shores
Gulf Shores is a fantastic place to vacation and within driving distance from where we live. We anticipated that the rental activity in the Gulf Shores market would only strengthen in the coming years. We wanted to acquire a property in a less dense area but still within a short walk to the beach. We also like this area because of the close proximity to restaurants, shopping, and outdoor activities. It is truly a great family vacation destination!
What makes this Apartment unique
This unit is very functional. It has 2 bedrooms/2 baths to accommodate a family or couples. Two pullout couches allow guests or kids to have their own sleeping space. The lower density area is a huge plus. Access to the beach or the Lagoon is a short walk. The kitchen is fully functional such that vacationers can buy their groceries and never have to leave the condo if they so choose. However, if cooking is not your thing on vacation, restaurants are a short drive away.
