Great location, fantastic views, clean unit. We were 3, 1 couple and a teenager and the unit was a perfect size for us. Easy walk to the beach, lagoon, Waikiki and Ala Moana Center.

Damage & House Rules Policy / Guest Responsibilities.
We inspect every condo at every check out. We again inspect every condo before every Guest Arrival.
We have documentation for each condo to assure the condo is good condition and working order before your arrival.
1) Guest is responsible to pay for any missing/broken/damaged items, extra check out cleaning & for a drain or toilet that requires clearing due to Guest clogging the drain or toilet. Every condo has a plunger for the toilet. If you clog the toilet, please use the plunger provided. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 2) Do not use the Kitchen Sink Garbage disposal for potato peels, fruit rinds, banana peels, pineapples, egg shells, noodles, rice etc. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 3) Sand: Please rinse off all sand (self and gear) before entering the hotel/condo (there are rinsing stations at the beach) to avoid extra cleaning fee and clogging the shower drains. 4) Lanai: Please do not hang towels or other items from the lanai. Please do not feed the birds. 5) No smoking in condo, on lanai or in common areas. Guest charged to have upholstery, drapes and linens cleaned, deodorized. 6) Guest responsible to pay for locksmith if they lock themselves out the of the bathrooms or damage a lock.

CANCELLATIONS:
1) Reservation deposit is non-refundable. 2) Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the check in date can have the deposit applied to another stay at the same condo within one year of the original check in date. 3) Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit. 4) Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit and rental balance payment. 5) We strongly encourage you to get travel insurance so a cancellation can be recovered.

Rentals are not transferable to another party.

Great Location

From our balcony we could see surfers, parasailing, planes, boats, sail boats, whales surfacing. We were close to restaurants and across the street there were shops to visit. Walking distance to the beach.

Fantastic Room!

My wife and i absolutely loved the room! The view was beautiful and having the kitchen available was super convenient. We will definitely be remembering this room for any possible future trips back :)

Nice condo, convenient parking

The balcony has a nice view of the Hilton Lagoon and the Ocean beyond that. Kitchen has all the utensils needed for making meals in the condo. The parking behind the Ilikai is 1/Hr with a 24hr max stay, never had any issues finding a spot. Good communication with the host throughout the trip. Thanks for the stay!

Great location

We stayed to participate the Honolulu Marathon. The location is close from the start line. The view from the room was fantastic !!! Also it’s very easy to get around Waikīkī from the property. Public Parking is also available just a few minutes walk . It’s got everything we needed . We had such wonderful stay there. Thank you !!

Fantastic location and value

We totally enjoyed our stay here. Fantastic location...public transport right in front of the building..We caught the 42 to Pearl Harbour Memorial. Easy walk to Ala Moana shopping centre and surrounded by lots of restaurants. This apartment has a great view of the evening show on top of the Hilton next door. The beach by the lagoon is great for a dip. Look out for $2 Tuesday at Dave's Ice cream in the Lobby. We loved our stay at the Ilikai and #1122 and will definitely be back.

Illikai 1122

Unit is as advertised. Nice Kitchen, full sized refrigerator. The view was great. We have stayed at the Illikai about 8 times. We will try to get this unit next time. I usually wanted the west side, so we could watch sunsets, but the sun makes the room hot some days. This one gave us a nice view of the Hilton Lagoon and beach. There is NO quiet side in Waikiki if you have your doors open. Very convenient for the beach and Ala Moana Shopping. The bus stops in front. We grew up in Hawaii so do not rent a car for every day, just a few to visit friends. Nice room.

Great view, convenient location inside Ilikai Hotel property with a market and coffee shops etc. AC was nice and quiet. We wished we could see the fireworks from the lanai but it was right behind the Hilton so we only enjoyed the sound of it. However, we got to see Hilton luau almost every night from our lanai. Only constructive feedback is that the dishwasher was unusable, the door cannot be opened. Other than that, we’re happy to have chosen this room!

Ilikai

Overall, property good. Just a few minor issues. Ice make did not work but we managed with continuously filling ice tray. No kleenex/tissues but again wi managed by buying some. The main issue was the bed. It is horribly squeaky with slightest of movement. The overall property was great.

We spent a few days here. Great Location! Right there next to the ocean/pond. Parking via Valet quick and convenient!Several Shops and restaurant. Fun times.My kids said futon was squeaky but they slept fine! Great place and had everything we needed in the kitchen!

Nice resort, great views.

We enjoyed the lanai and the kitchen is well equipped. Communication with management property was excellent. Check in/check out were seamless. Window shades were difficult to close and there are a lot of external light sources. The bed is comfortable but perhaps soft, and the unit is a bit dated. For our purposes, it was f8ne.

Great view - not so great stay

The view is amazing! Th matress on the bed and fold out were very uncomfortable. We got there an hour after we were supposed to check-in, and someone was still there cleaning. They rushed the rest of the clean, because we were in the hallway. There was still garbage under the sink and a lot of the silverware were still dirty (in drawer.) We had to ask for addtl towels and blankets for the fold out and management questioned whether they were actually needed.The wLl around the ahower is falling apart - you can see prior caulking and putty coming off. It was an overall great location but the amenities themselves will have us never booking here again; not worth it.

Great location near Waikiki

We really enjoyed our stay! The view from the lanai is great. The Illikai has wonderful amenities on the property including a market, an ice cream shop, a coffee shop, and multiple restaurants. The walk to the beach took less than ten minutes. Everything was clean and comfortable. Check in was exceptionally easy. The blinds do need to be replaced and the bathroom needs to be updated. I would definitely stay again.

Awesome unit!

We spent 8 nights in this unit and it was excellent! The property manager was super accessible and gracious and the unit itself was accurately described. Lovely view, comfortable couch and great kitchen! Really enjoyed our stay in this unit!

Great stay but apartment needs some updating

We loved the apartment , greats views and location The apartment could do with some updating such as new blinds as the current are all broken and not closing and not blocking out the light. General maintenance in kitchen…loose cupboard doors and drawers. TV and general furnishings could be updated for the current times. Bathroom needs a bit of updating. Otherwise it was a great stay. Would recommend

Room was unclean. It had a bad smell. The bathroom had mold in it. There was a hole in the Sheetrock beside the shower. The blinds were broke and some missing so could not close for light filtering hard to sleep. Ice maker did not work. Room was not as advertised.

A View to Love

This room has a fantastic view - worth the extra money. Kitchen was sufficient for our 2 week stay. Pull out couch was not good for sleeping - more comfortable to sleep on the couch without pulling it out. Plenty of space, nice bathroom. Clean, airy feel.
