Starter set includes paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, lotion, bath soap for your first night.

Parking: Parking is available for $45 per day, payable upon arrival to Elite Parking. (valet)

Damage & House Rules Policy / Guest Responsibilities.
We inspect every condo at every check out. We again inspect every condo before every Guest Arrival.
We have documentation for each condo to assure the condo is good condition and working order before your arrival.
1) Guest is responsible to pay for any missing/broken/damaged items, extra check out cleaning & for a drain or toilet that requires clearing due to Guest clogging the drain or toilet. Every condo has a plunger for the toilet. If you clog the toilet, please use the plunger provided. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 2) Do not use the Kitchen Sink Garbage disposal for potato peels, fruit rinds, banana peels, pineapples, egg shells, noodles, rice etc. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 3) Sand: Please rinse off all sand (self and gear) before entering the hotel/condo (there are rinsing stations at the beach) to avoid extra cleaning fee and clogging the shower drains. 4) Lanai: Please do not hang towels or other items from the lanai. Please do not feed the birds. 5) No smoking in condo, on lanai or in common areas. Guest charged to have upholstery, drapes and linens cleaned, deodorized. 6) Guest responsible to pay for locksmith if they lock themselves out the of the bathrooms or damage a lock.

CANCELLATIONS:
1) Reservation deposit is non-refundable. 2) Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the check in date can have the deposit applied to another stay at the same condo within one year of the original check in date. 3) Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit. 4) Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit and rental balance payment. 5) We encourage you to get travel insurance so a cancellation can be recovered.

Rentals are not transferable to another party. No Smoking Condo. No Pets

Decent place for the price

Excellent location. Could have been cleaner, we did find some fingernails on the floor. The AC unit worked great except it was extremely loud. Bathroom and kitchen were good.

Great vacation

Photos matched property. Great location next to beaches, restaurants and hilton hawaiin village. Would stay again. Check in and check out process was easy. Wish they provided more than 2 towels for a 5 night stay though.

Horrifying experience!!

Horrible management, dirty room and I found bed BUGS! I am reporting them to DOH, BBB, and VRBO! I'm livid!! I was calm and understanding. They are corporate scum!

Great stay for me and my girls

I was sad to leave our home away from home for the past 9 days. It was clean. The beds were comfortable. I would say you can fit a family of 5 easily. My college aged daughters shared one bed and I took the other. There is a full size sofa which can sleep one person…. Having a kitchen is great. To save money we always ate breakfast at the condo and cooked dinner a few nights. I wish that there was some basic spices including salt & pepper that was provided. The toaster was broken so we couldn’t toast our bagels the first morning; however the owner had it replaced with a brand new one immediately… The location of the Ilikai Hotel is perfect! The bus stop was right outside the building and all pick ups for our excursions were right at the Ilikai. The beach is right behind the hotel so you don’t have to cross any streets. I would highly recommend staying here.

It was very nice , clean and easy process to check in . Parking was just around the corner .

We enjoyed our stay at this place, clean and easy walk to the beach. Parking lot was very close. I would have loved to have more kitchen utensils, basic, like can opener, rubber spatula for the non stick pans . Overall , great place! Thank you

Studio in ilikai

Upon arrival, things seemed nice, but as we walked in without shoes (aloha style) our feet were filthy from the floor. After that, things just were disappointing such as black mold in the shower, dirty dishes, and grime in the sliding glass brackets. After trying to reach management by phone (voicemail mailbox was full so it took several days to get a hold of them) they came out to spot clean. We had to buy our own wet swiffer pads to clean the floor and Clorox. Property manager (Chris) never followed up and was truly not helpful. We have pictures to document everything I’ve written. We come to Hawaii frequently and have stayed in many locations. I would NOT recommend using this property.

Comfort in a central location

This condo was very clean and comfortable and in a convenient location for shopping. Coming from a much smaller island locale in the Marshall Islands where there are no private automobiles, I have to say that I was very unaccustomed to the street noise of a bustling metropolitan area. But other than that, I really enjoyed my stay here. The kitchen was sufficiently stocked with pots & pans and a nice assortment of utensils to facilitate the cooking that we did. And the dishwasher made cleanup a breeze. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean and easy to check in.

The room is nice and clean. The bed is big and comfortable with extra sheets for changing. My 2yo slept on the sofa bed. This room is big enough for family. Basic kitchen equipments are provided (but no scissors) and brooms, vacuum for cleaning the room in case it get dirty. Beach chairs, ice box, children sand castle toys, umbrella, etc are provided too. Pool passes can be found on the table. Lagoon and beach is nearby. Ala moana center is within walking distance. Will book with them again. Thank you.

Lovely room!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The location was perfect, close to everything we needed, but away from the noisier part of town. The room was clean, and well organized. We slept like babies in the heavenly bed, and loved that the shower water temperature and pressure stayed consistent throughout the length of the shower! The staff in the lobby was very helpful, and the bellmen were great, letting us store luggage before check in and again at check out. ($1 per bag) There is a coin op laundry room down the hall, if needed, and a very well stocked store in the lobby. I would recommend this room in a heartbeat, and would definitely stay here again!

Clean condo at a convenient location!

My partner and I stayed at this condo in June for about a week. It was our first time in Honolulu and we were pleased with our stay! The condo was clean and comfortable for 2 people. The keyless access was a big plus as we did not have to worry about losing or damaging the key while we were out and about, playing in the water. We appreciated the location - we were not in the thick of busy Waikiki but the condo was close enough for us to take a nice stroll most nights to Waikiki for dinner and dessert. The bus stops are also located right in front of Ilikai (both directions), and it was convenient for us to transit to downtown, Diamond Head, airport, etc. There is also a plaza with car rental shops right across the street so it was very easy for us to plan our trips to the North Shore and farther beaches like Kailua and Lanikai. We intentionally chose a place with a kitchen and cookware, and it was nice to be able to dine in. The air conditioner and fan also made out stay more comfortable. We did not use the swimming pool, as we preferred the ocean but it was good to know we had the option if we ever wanted to. The only down sides were no parking (we rented a car for few days and parking was expensive) and lint on towels (couldn't figure out why but something about the towels left our skin with lint every time we used it!) Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would come back.
