Location, location, location! Recently renovated bright studio in the heart of historical old Tbilisi, on Agmashenebeli Avenue. Visiting Tbilisi without seeing old Agmashenebeli, recently renovated with authentic 19th century buildings would be a great mistake. Stay in this compact bright studio and plunge in the atmosphere of wonderful architecture, authentic yet affordable restaurants, beautiful and unique ambiance surrounding the house. Walt to nearby restaurants and cafes and feel the authentic atmosphere. The building on the photo is the actual one you will be staying in.

Best studio I ever visited

The manager was very kind and decent, not a single problem with her. The place is in the heart of old Tbilisi with many bars and cafeterias right below you. The place is ok for 4-5 people to sleep and eat there. There are plates, forks, spoons, stove etc. everything you need. There was absolutely no noise at night and it really looks like in the photo. Definitely will stay there again with friends next time.
