The house itself is in great shape! Everything we needed was there and more. Although the house is only a 2 bed/1 bath it doesn’t feel small, very roomy and in a great scenic location. Only thing to keep in mind is the driveway is steep so beware. Highly recommend staying here!

It's a good place to stay to relax. We enjoyed the covered deck and the books to read. The driveway is a bit too steep, but the online description was accurate, so we were not disappointed.

We checked in mid-week & the house was cute & very clean! It is in a very quiet neighborhood with lots of deer & elk roaming around! (Extra fun for my kids to see!) I would highly recommend this home to anyone who's looking for a mountain home to rent.

Incredible Mountaintop Home

Extremely clean, calming wonderfully decorated home with incredible views of Ruidoso’s mountains. Mornings on the front porch watching the sun come out were rivaled only by evenings watching the infinity of the night sky. The home has wonderful features inside and out that made for a wonderful early summer stay. The owners were wonderful to work with, and made sure that our stay met every expectation. Can’t wait to come back!

My family and I stayed over the weekend and we really loved the house very nice, comfortable and what I liked the most very clean. The house has nice personal details in its decor and that is something we appreciated. We also liked that it had everything, from pots and pans to extra blankets and pillows. Truly enjoyed our stay, it has a great view into the mountains and some deer were around, it was nice to see them upclose. Highly recommended.

This home is so inviting! We enjoyed playing cards and having meals on the patio where the view is amazing. We liked opening the windows inside to the let the fresh air in while we watched playoff hockey. This home had everything needed and was our central place from the activities we had planned. We enjoyed it very much!

The pictures on the Web site don't do this beautiful home justice. The location, tree filled lot, views, and privacy were fabulous. The home was very clean and extremely well appointed. All spaces were very generous and comfortable. And the home was well stocked with everything you might need in a home away from home. We would absolutely stay here again! Place was clean and fully stocked kitchen that even had a stand mixer. Bring your own toilet paper as they use 1 ply (yuck) Other than that it was perfect! We spent most of our time on the deck enjoying the deer who came up and the cool weather. Steep driveway. Quiet neighborhood.

Cannot sleep as many people as listed. Check out time is to early cuz you have to get up really early to do everything on the list. It really takes away from a weekend getaway.
