Island Village II is privately owned, 2 floors, 2 large bedrooms, 1.5 baths, downstairs 1/2 bathroom and upstairs has a newly remodeled tiled bathroom and shower and a full-size vanity, Large family room, and dining area and kitchen. You can park your car just steps to the unit, no elevators, and there is a private patio steps from the family room with umbrella and patio furniture.
The Family room has an Alessandro Leather Power Motion Sectional, (Power Chair, 1 Armless Chair, and Chaise Lounge). It's a soft, sleek leather sectional sofa that promotes the ultimate relaxation. Featuring an easy-to-operate Power Motion reclining function that will adjust you from upright to laid-back with zero effort. The family room is equipped with basic cable TV and a Samsung flat screen (55" Smart TV), Samsung "40 in the master bedroom and 32" Samsung in the guest room. Premium Channels are available for an extra cost.
The kitchen is remodeled with new cabinets with granite countertops, and new appliances including stainless steel Samsung over the range full-size microwave, Samsung electric range (top of the line) and stainless steel refrigerator. The unit has a washer & Dryer, linen, 10 yards to inground heated pool, tennis, stroll 125 yds to (keyed access) private Beach. See map and aerial view pictures of the unit which is four units west of the tennis courts. If you're looking for privacy, comfort in this beautiful community, call. Why they chose this property
This is a great location 1500 yards to Private Beach, no elevators, just steps from your car to the front door. Quiet, private location, Typical Paradise, close to golf, malls, fishing shopping, and others. Nice private patio for barbecuing.
