Very nice and cosy 2 bedroom apartment for max. 5 people, newly and completely renovated in Costa Adeje.

7 min walking to the beach (Playa de Fañabe) and 5 min walking to the supermarket Gran Sur (Mercadona, restaurants, bars and shops).

Beautifull large terrace, apartment is on the ground floor.

Fully kitchen equipment with oven, coffee-machine, kettle and microwave.

Bathroom with walk in shower.

There is also washing machine in the apartment.

1 bedroom with double bed, second bedroom with two single beds.

Living room with open sofa and TV( international channels).

Air conditioning in living room and bedrooms has ceiling fans.

There is also iron, hair dryer and safe.

It is prohibited to smoke inside the apartment.

It is not suitable for pets.

Max.5 persons.

In the complex there is 7 swimming pools.

On the winter time one pool is heated.
Another pool is ionised and not chlorinated.

Great apartment

Me and my family had a great stay at Monikas apartment. Its immaculate, pool right outside your patio with a little poolside bar. Weather wasn't great first couple of days we didn't let that affect having a good holiday. Will definitely book this property again.

Amazing apartment

Beautiful, spotless apartment with everything you need inside. Check in couldn’t of been smoother and the complex itself is immaculate. All pools and areas cleaned by staff daily. Two 24 hr supermarkets within 1 min walk out of gate and bars and restaurants within minutes walk. Would recommend to anyone and we will definitely be coming back in the future!! Thank you so much

Great apartment, great complex, great vacation

We really enjoyed our vacation. The apartment was clean, newly renovated and was exactly like the photos. Every evening we enjoyed Euro2021 on the big TV.Kitchen new, great terrace. There are several pools in the complex and we bathed in all of them with children. All pools are clean and we were often alone there. The complex is safe and would be cleaned every day. To the beaches about 7-8 minutes on foot. Finding a parking space right next to the complex was difficult at times. Communication with the owner and property manager Mary was quick and easy. Thanks to Mary for a nice reception and a smooth checkout. We will definitely visit this complex again. Many Thanks!

Great apt!

Great family apartment...within walking to beach, pool on-site was barely used and a ton of restaurants nearby with a fabulous Indian restaurant across the street. 10 min walk to beach and good supermarket down the street. Towels provided but only bath towels, no beach towels. Great place for reasonable price!

Stunning Apartment in ideal location within Mare Verde

Stunning modern apartment with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. We were met promptly by Danilo on arrival and he showed us round the apt and explained how everything worked. The apartment was absolutely spotless and had air conditioning which was remote controlled as were fans in bedrooms. All kitchen appliances were top of the range and washing machine included which is a bonus. There were more than enough kitchen utensils, crockery and glasses too. This apartment may be at the higher end of the price bracket for this location but it was certainly worth it!
