The apartment is well looked after. The entire complex is clean. The only down side is the location of a hotel right next to the apartment where the guests make a habit of regularly coming back in the early hours of the morning still in „party“ modus!

The apartment is exactly as shown on FeWo. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay. We were there for 4 weeks and will definitely go back. Check-in and check-out were very well organised. Compliment to the owner and his helper in Tenerife.

Nice apartment ,location up a very steep road air conditioning is only 1 unit ,the apartment is spotless and very modern Marion was very good and was there if needed ,all in all was a good stay just needed a better way of cooling the apartment down and if you have mobility problems you need a taxi to get up there.

schnelle Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und check in mit einer sehr freundlichen Dame praktisch eingerichtete Wohnung, mit allem was man braucht sehr gute Betten in beiden Schlafzimmern Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bushaltestelle in der Nähe- manchmal Lärm von den Nachbarn und Müllabfuhr morgens um 3 Uhr- wenig Parkplätze

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir sind superfreundlich an der Ferienwohnung in Empfang genommen worden (deutschsprachig). Eine tolle Unterkunft, alles vorhanden was nötig ist. Es wurde sich Zeit genommen, uns alles mögliche zu zeigen bzw. zu erklären. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr sauber und eher ruhig, insbesondere auch der Poolbereich. Der Supermarkt ist fußläufig zu erreichen, zum Strand ist ein Auto empfehlenswert, alternativ gibt es Busverbindungen. Jederzeit gerne wieder Urlaub in dieser Wohnung!

Sehr schöne und zentrale Wohnung

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung. Der Ausblick vom Balkon war super. Es ist genauso wie es auf den Bildern zusehen ist. Es hat nichts gefehlt. Wir haben sogar ein weiteres Bett in einem der Schlafzimmer bekommen, sodass keiner auf dem Schlafsofa schlafen musste, das fanden wir super. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. In der Küche gab es alles was man braucht, es hat nichts gefehlt. Der Vermieter war super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Der Pool hat eine angenehme Temperatur. Zum Strand und dem Zentrum sind es ca. 10 Min zu Fuß. Wir können diese Wohnung sehr empfehlen und würden diese wieder anmieten.
