Property Overview:

A sensational location in Sunshine Beach, bordering the Noosa National Park with extensive breaking wave views up and down the coast are wonderful companions for this meticulously presented sea view beach house. The whole family will love only a 250-metre walk down to the beach & 10-minute walk to Sunshine Beach village. (please note, Sunshine Beach does have quite a few hills throughout the suburb and the walk will include inclines)

The house is spacious & modern, you will be blown away by the clear line of view down to the beach towards Lions Headland, this elegant residence provides a series of wonderful vantage points to view approaching weather, greeting daybreak, or dining alfresco under a moonlit sky.

Walking in Sunshine was the perfect place for our two families to share a holiday Magnificent views.

Great location for views and proximity to beach and shops. Extensive amenities and kitchen items. Would love to stay there again.

What a wonderful holiday

We recently stayed at this property - it was everything the pictures promised. We went with 3 families with 6 teenage children and the set up was perfect. Could not recommend more highly.

Beautiful house in the perfect location!

This property is excellent, everything has been thought of, very well appointed kitchen. We had a great time here with family and so happy we were able to take the dog, close to the dog beach for all of daily exercise. Loved it! Thankyou

Nice House - Not Close to the Beach

The house was nice! Everything was clean. Views were great. Being close to the national park was good. We booked because it was advertised as "walking distance" from the beach and restaurants. Technically it is. However any of the routes to the beach and restaurants are down significant hills - then you have to come back up the hills to get home. There is no way you'd be able to take kids to the beach with all the "beach things" and make it back up to the house. You'd also not be able to dress up for dinner and walk there or back easily. A better description of the property would be "beach views and short drive to the beach and restaurants." Not knocking the house itself, just the description as we thought we'd truly be walking distance to the beach and restaurants.

The house is only 250m to the beach (there's a pedestrian staircase cut-through to Seaview Terrace) and less than 1km to the village and restaurants, but I do understand the hills aren't for everyone! Fantastic house for the family, couldn’t ask for a better spot in Noosa.

Great house, kids loved the pool and a easy walk to everything. The walk from the beach to the house does raise a sweat but we loved it!
