Perfectly located to all major attractions in Colorado Springs, close to Hwy I - 25 and Academy Boulevard. Your vacation home is just 10 minutes from the Air Force Academy's south gate, 10 minutes from UCCS University. Just minutes away from movie theaters, shopping, entertainment and many great restaurants. This home is perfect for attending Air Force Academy events or exploring other area attractions such as Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Seven Falls, Manitou Springs, Cave of the Winds, The Broadmoor Hotel and many more attractions.

We know you don't like leaving family behind so pets are welcome. Non smoking. The kitchen is very well equipped with all new Keurig coffee maker, utensils, pots, pans, chinaware, baking dishes, full size microwave, brand new stove, fridge, oven, cozy breakfast nook with Four bar stools. The family room has a cozy fireplace and a 75 and 55 in flat screen TV's with a Xfinity WiFi board games.

We also have a foldable crib available if needed.

The house was beautiful during our stay in mid September. The home was beautiful and very clean. Plenty of room and very comfortable. Accommodated our group very well. In Colorado Springs for the fallen firefighters memorial and the property was great.

Chad was a great host and very easy to communicate with. The house was very roomy (we had four adults/two couples) and you can tell that Chad really anticipates what guests might need (from toiletries to games to snacks). Location is great. We would definitely stay here again!

Very clean, comfortable & well stocked. Our family has 3 teenage boys & they loved the game room, hot tub & recliners. Chad was a great host & had everything ready for us earlier than check in. Check out was great with no to-do list! Hope to stay here again.

We came to Colorado Springs to get married and I am so glad we went with this VRBO. The home felt like our own, so clean it looked like it had not been used before, we had everything we needed for cooking including seasonings and utensils. The location was central to the city so everything was about 20 minutes away that is in Colorado Springs too. We had a blast and we would go out of our way to book again with this host.

We had a great time and Chad was fantastic. The home was perfect for our family. The size and amenities were really nice. I was pleasantly surprised at how well the kitchen was appointed. I would stay here again and recommend to anyone looking to stay in Colorado Springs.

It was one of the most cleanest places that we had stayed. Chad was amazing through out the entire time. I usually have to take everything with me but I was so impressed that he provided it all! We enjoyed the hot tub and pool table. We hope to stay again
