Wazza's Patong Apartment has Awesome views from 5th floor over Patong to ocean serviced with a lift. Great 2 tier pool with Swimup bar and poolside restaurant serving all tasty meals and snacks all day. Also a Gymnasium for a workout while taking in Mountain and Pool views. Resort Reception is open 24 hours and Security Guarded entrance. . Reception can book your tours for pick up at reception, or I have a great tour agent, The Bridge Travel Phuket or Phuket Tripper is listed 5 stars on Facebook with all prices listed on their website.The apartment is 40sqm with a spacious balcony and you will be amazed with the views. A king size comfortable bed and block out drapes to ensure a peaceful night sleep. A new Sofa bed that rolls out to sleep 2 children under 12, or 1 extra adult. There is a kitchenette fully equipped and a microwave to compliment it. The Bathroom has a full bath to soak in and a shower as well. The apartment is airconditioned and cools down quick when you arrive back into your room. Shops, Restaurants, Bars and Massage are nearby including two 7/11 stores within 2 min walk. Download the Bolt App for cheapest rides around Patong and Phuket. A casual straight walk to the Beach with many sights and shops along the way. I'm sure you will enjoy your stay here, and take home fond memories. A new bigger fridge and 4K Smart TV has been added in 2022 and new glass cooktop about to be installed.

Why they chose this property

I decided to buy this property because it's so rare to find a property in Patong with amazing views over the city. The pool area is relaxing and nice. It's tucked away from the traffic and noise, yet everything in Patong is within a 15 min walk, including Patong Beach, Jungcelon shopping centre and famous Bangla Rd.

What makes this property unique

The are around my apartment is more special than the usual bars and restaurants around Jungcelon and the beach. In particular around and on Nanai rd, you get to know the locals more in depth as they are not as big and busy. When you want to party it is not far away either.
