Doonas, doona covers, pillows and cuddly blankets are provided. Guests usually bring their own sheets, pillow cases, towels, hand towels, bath mats and tea towels.
- 100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.

About Smyth Real Estate
When asked what her passion in life is, Keren replied "I believe that our own lives are enriched by giving and helping others, and this is something that I enjoy doing". Strangely (or not so strangely) enough, that is exactly what Keren's business and leisure interests enable her to do, bringing to life the sayings "Do what you love and love what you do" and "If you make your passion your business, you will never work a day in your life". Keren's 30 year corporate career centred around management and training roles in computers and personal development. As she continued to follow her heart, Keren became a holistic healthcare practitioner specialising in Kinesiology, and she now operates a successful business, Holistic Health Melbourne, with clinic locations in Melbourne and in Colac. Her leisure and lifestyle interests include owning and operating a holiday accommodation property (Keren's Place) at Separation Creek, providing a relaxing and comfortable space close to the beach, enabling busy families to relax and have more quality leisure time. Her other part-time interest as a representative with a global online travel company, continues to fuel her passion for helping others by enabling families to have holidays and uplifting adventures, at prices that fit within their budget. She has found great delight in helping people to tick more items off their bucket list far quicker than they ever thought they would.

Why Smyth Real Estate chose Separation Creek
Through her daughters, Keren began a long association with the Wye River\Separation Creek area in the 80's. When a small block of land, on flat ground close to the beach, became available for sale in 2000, Keren's dream was born - a dream of providing accommodation for elderly or disabled people who would not usually be able to holiday at the beach because of the steepness of the area. And so in 2001, Keren's Place was built, with ramp access and a few disabled facilities. The little photo album on the coffee table in the Cottage shows the journey from start to finish. As Keren's Place became well known, more and more busy people returned year after year as they found that with its unique rustic charm, and home-away-from-home appeal, it is a place they can truly relax.
What makes this Cottage unique
The modest fully-fenced garden area provides a lovely space for people relax in, children to play and pets to romp safely. The abundant birdlife adds a beautifully melodic backdrop to the serenity of the garden. Near the Unit, the palms (and the hammock) create the feeling of a private, tropical oasis. The beach is just 100 metres away and a leisurely walk to the beach is so refreshing, even in the wildness of a wintry day. An early morning sunrise at Sep Beach is truly worth getting up early for, and in the evening, the golden hues that bathe the world are nourishing for the soul. When you come to Keren's Place, bring all of your senses with you, for they will all be nourished and delighted.
