Amazing ocean front condo!

We chose this privately owned unit within a smaller resort over an all-inclusive large resort. We couldn’t be happier with our choice. The condo was so comfortable and clean and everything worked perfectly. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The balcony had a beautiful view, the pool was wonderful, and the beach was outstanding. We will definitely look to stay in this condo again next time we visit Turks and Caicos!

Peaceful Turks & Caicos

We are return guests to this unit & property. The resort is relatively small but has all we desire! The grounds are so well maintained and staff is so attentive. Location is great! We can walk or bike to grocery store & other shops and restaurants. We take endless walks morning and evening. This unit is perfectly located with beautiful large balcony steps from beach. Having a great bar and restaurant on the property is an added bonus! Pack your bags and get ready to relax and enjoy the turquoise waters here!

This is our 10th time to the island, 8th time to RWI and 1st time at the Calabash suite. Everything was great. Highly recommend RWI and the Cakabash!

perfect home away from home

This was honestly the perfect spot for our 20-year anniversary trip to TCI! From the first moment, communication with the owner was prompt, friendly, and helpful. Booking was a breeze, and all the check-in material that was sent ahead of our trip was spot on. The condo itself had everything you would ever need on a relaxing trip like this. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked (check the cupboards before you go shopping...there was lots of coffee, coffee filters and basic spices there already!), the couch was comfortable (a rarity in tropical vacation rentals, we've learned), and the balcony was perfect. We loved drinking our coffee, eating breakfast, reading, and relaxing on that balcony when we weren't at the beach! Literally the only complaint I have is that we had to leave :) The shower had shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel and there was quite a lot of sunscreen under the sink in the bathroom that previous renters probably left behind. There's a safe in the closet, and also basic beach stuff like coolers and snorkel stuff. The beach right outside is lovely - always easy to find a lounge chair and a fresh towel. My husband used the Hobie a few times and had a great time sailing. You can also use kayaks, SUP, and bicycles for free but we didn't get around to it. Definitely would stay in this unit again next time we go to TCI, hands down!

I was wondering how this property got such high ratings but after staying there I get it now, the room we stayed in looked directly at the beach and was the closest building to the beach, right off the beach. The balcony pointed directly at the beach and made for an awesome sunset to watch. It was extremely roomy and had all the amenities you could need and a lot more than what was in the description. Everything was extremely clean and was in excellent shape! Hope to come back. If I could rate this out of a 10, I would give it a 9.9 and it far exceeded my expectations even. The one thing we did find out is that the restaurant/bar on the property had the better food/drinks/service and lower prices of all the other places around which was made it ideal.
