Home Away From Home - Paradise In The Desert

This home is found in a gated community inside the Augusta Ranch golf community. It is a full house which include two bedrooms and one den. King size bed in master and Queen size in second bedroom. Two full size bathrooms. Kitchen and living room. Patio and fenced in back yard which has all the necessary furniture needed to relax. Community pool and hot tub. In the garage you will find pool toys, three mountain bikes, golf clubs and other sporting equipment. Washing machine and dryer available. Parking on driveway. Blow Dryer, straightener, iron and ironing board. Wifi and smart tv. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, pubs and fast food chains. Golf courses everywhere. Close to Superstition Mountain which are full of hiking trails and two different lakes to explore.

A wonderful property. Located in a quiet, gated community, which has an outdoor pool and hot tub. The home is spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The beds are comfortable, there is a Little Library for books to read, and many CDs and DVD movies to listen and watch. The hosts met us at the house when we arrived, which was very nice of them to do. Nicely situated near major highways, a gas station, and a grocery store. I would highly recommend this property for anyone coming to the greater Phoenix area.

I can't say enough good about this property. Ron met us at exactly the time he said he would to check us in. He toured the house with us, explained it's features and answered any questions we had. We texted him later in the day with a question about the wifi and in less than a minute he called back and solved our problem. Stellar service.The house was extremely clean and we've never stayed in a rental as well stocked as this one is. ANYTHING you needed was there. The furnishings are comfortable, the bed extremely so. The property is clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the pool even though it is not heated.Overall this is an outstanding rental property and if we travel to the area again this is where we will stay.

We had a wonderful 3 week stay at this home. The house was well stocked with plenty of supplies, which made it wasy to settle in and feel comfortable right away. The living spaces were large and inviting, giving us plenty of room to relax. The outdoor area was also a highlight. It was a great place to unwind and enjoy time together. The location was perfect with multiple ammenties so close as well as the Augusta Ranch Golf course, which we golfed at multiple times. Communication with the host and property manager were excellent. They were quick to respond and very helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was a comfortable, well cared for home and we would gladly stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Communication with Anne and the property manager was great. The living room was perfect for watching the football games on Saturday. The location was convenient for exploring the valley. The freeway system was only a block away. The neighborhood was very quiet at night.

The showers are really good and the beds are comfy.They are generous with supplies which is helpful. There is plenty of seating in the living area. I personally loved the covered porch.

Can’t say enough good things about this property. The check in was smooth, any question with the host was answered promptly, and the location was central to easily visit several hiking trails and sites. If we are ever back in the area, definitely plan on staying there again!

The property is clean and well equipped. Everything provided works as it should. The community pool area is nice. The hot tub is great but the pool is not heated.The surrounding area is convenient with an executive golf course and a few options for restaurants.
