This newly built Villa is located in the South beach area of Dar Es Salaam called Kigamboni. The entire Villa is delightfully decorated with an open plan kitchen and living/dining area that opens onto a spacious verandah and lush tropical garden. Ocean Dream is situated on a family property thus it is very private and has a warm personal touch. Comfort, Security and Safety is A-1 given the location and the villa has a direct access to a private beach via a less than 100 meter private walking path.

Guests will have full access to the sugar fine white sandy beach and the emerald warm ocean for sun bathing, swimming, snorkeling or simply enjoying a beach walk to watch the sunrise or moon rise. Sun loungers and outdoor table and chairs are available for guests to relax and enjoy a beautiful sunny day and there is also a barbecue facility by the beach availed for guests.

The 325m2 Villa can accommodate a maximum of 5 guests including infants.The kitchen is open and is well equipped with a refrigerator, toaster, microwave, coffee maker and a sandwich maker. The dining table provides six comfortable sittings for guests. The main bedroom has a double King bed, whilst the other room has a double queen bed. Both bedrooms are air conditioned and have their in suite shower rooms and built in cupboards.

Guests can enjoy the whole Villa, its lush garden and the private beach and the ocean. A private gate leads directly to the beach and the beautiful ocean.

There is a beach hotel just 2 mins walk away which hosts a swimming pool and a full fledged restaurant serving scrumptious fresh sea food.
A well-stocked supermarket and grocery shops are just 5 minutes away if you wish to use the kitchen to prepare your own meals. Also ATM, Laundry, Liquor shops, etc are all locatd within 5 mins drive from the Villa.

Getting Around;
Public transport is available just outside the Villa on the main road within 3 minutes by foot. Also several taxis are on stand by just outside the main gate of the Villa and UBER service is available. A private car hire with a trustworthy and super efficient driver can be arranged by the host to assist the guests in moving within the area and beyond.
The downtown city center and commercial hub of Dar Es Salaam can be accessed via Ferry which operates every 15mins and takes 10 mins crossing time. The ferry terminal is less than 2km away from the Villa. An alternative way to get into downtown is by driving over the bridge which takes 25mins. The bridge is located 8kms away from the Villa.
