This budget priced apartment has open plan living with a large rear entertaining patio that features a BBQ and outdoor setting that looks over the Whitsundays.

Air-conditioned throughout with 3 split systems, ceiling fans, a flat screen TV, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances needed including , microwave, oven and cooktop.

The bedrooms and main bathroom are located upstairs. The master bedroom has a queen bed, robe and a private balcony with great Whitsunday water views, the large second bedroom has a Queen bed plus a single bed perfect for the kids.

Conveniently located on the ground floor living area is a and separate toilet and internal laundry with a washer and dryer.

Great Location – Sunset Waters is set behind the Marina and only a short 2-minute buggy ride to the main hub with boutique shopping, cafes and restaurants.

The Sunset Waters complex has its own private pool, surrounded by mature tropical gardens and you also have access to all resort pools and resort facilities.

To get around the Island with ease, you are provided with the exclusive use of a complimentary buggy. You will also be met by our valet service at the airport or ferry terminal and taken to your apartment. This service is also provided for your return.

You’ll have access to all Resort facilities, including water sports* and the Kids Clownfish Club*. There are also baby-sitting services available through the Clownfish Club. *charges apply

Lovely location, close to the main part of town and the buggy was a great added bonus. House was well kept, neat and clean upon arrival.

Overall good location and great buggy included but we found the property to be unclean and a bit smelly. There was a used razor in the bathroom, the shower curtain was super mouldy and both the toilets smelt like a boys urinal. Even when left running all day and night the AC unit in the main bedroom was either not working or simply ineffective. The room remained warm and stuffy 24hrs a day. There’s a pod machine there but no pods and we couldn’t find the right pods at the island supermarket. Communication with the host was great, John in particular was quite helpful with wifi issues and getting some extra bin bags - one wasn’t enough for our 5 day stay. We enjoyed the company of lots of wildlife when we ate our breakfast on the porch outside. Unfortunately the pool did not exist (had been dug up) which we were not aware of. But the public pools on the island were a good substitute.
