Our well appointed 2 bedroom apartments are centrally located one block (80metres) from Paihia’s best swimming beach. You can park undercover in the lock up garage and walk to the main amenities. It is an 800m stroll along the waterfront to the wharf and Paihia village with a large selection of restaurants and shops. The main supermarket is 800m along the waterfront in the opposite direction. There are plenty of things to see and do in the Bay of Islands and we recommend you allow at least 3 days or longer to enjoy the area. Being the birthplace of our nation the area is steeped in history. If you are in the Bay of Islands to enjoy a spot of fishing, diving or watersports you will find the boat ramp 1.5 km away and for the keen golfers the golf club 3km away, just past the treaty grounds.
The space
This well appointed modern 2 bedroom, airconditioned apartment is situated above the garage in a block of 3 similar apartments. It has access to a private bbq area, wash down facilities for your boat and even a filleting bench for your daily catch. With a partial view of the ocean this centrally located unit will enable you to create a holiday full of memories.
The two bedrooms both contain super king beds making this apartment an ideal option for two couples. The beds can be separated into singles if preferred. Please request your preferred room configuration in your reservation. Downstairs in the private and secure garage basement is the laundry. An open plan kitchen is set up with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, hotplates and fully equipped kitchen utensils. The lounge / dining area includes a flat screen TV. The lounge area opens onto a private deck that can be opened onto adjoining units should you be holidaying with friends or family. Free Wifi and multi-channel TV is available.
Guest access:
There is free parking in the garage and guests can access the apartment via its own entrance. A code will be supplied for the lock box prior to your arrival at the property. This code will remain valid during your stay. External steps from the apartment kitchen lead to the bbq and courtyard area where you can enjoy the warm summer evenings.
