About this property

Waterfront Island Home with Dock, Pool and just steps to the Beach!

Beach and Boating home on North Hutchinson Island. Bring your boat, jet skis and surfboards. This three bedroom two bath home is located on a canal on the Indian River with access to the Ft Pierce inlet just minutes away. Fish, Dive, Swim in the pool, or relax at the beach while you enjoy your stay here. The home has one king bed, a queen beds, two twin beds. After a day on the water you can relax by the pool and grill out while you watch the sunset. There a dock you can fish off of and room to park up to a 35' boat while you stay. A quick walk down the street and you will be on the beach. We have gated access to the beach for the neighborhood. There is also the National Navy Seal Museum, the Jetty State Park, and Pepper county Park located on the island. This is a great family get away with fun options for everyone in the family.

My son and I fish a lot down in the area and this has been our favorite VRBO to date! Great location with a nice dock to accommodate our 24’ boat. The house was very nice and clean. We will be checking their availability the next time we plan a trip down to Fort Pierce!

Beautiful house in a great location

We had a great stay. The house was in a great location and was very clean. The kids enjoyed the pool and, being able to keep the boat in the water at the house was a plus. I would highly recommend the house to anyone looking to stay in the Ft. Pierce area.

This property offers amenities for the whole family. This canal front home is perfect for the family that wants to vacation with their boat or other water toys. The dock can accommodate a boat up to 35ft. There is a jet dock for two jet skis, kayaks,or canoes. We have gated access to the beach at the end of the street, for walking, swimming or treasure hunting. There are several parks, the Navy Seal Museum, and a restaurant within walking distance. Boat, Jet Ski, and Paddle Board rentals are available locally.

What makes this property unique

Pulling up up to the dock and jumping into to the pool is what we enjoy most about this house. You can easily walk to the beach or the neighborhood restaurant from the house. The Saturday Farmers Market and an afternoon downtown is always enjoyable.
