Latitude Adjustment Waterfront Getaway. *New Flooring*

Latitude Adjustment is a 1600 Sq. foot home overlooking the Biloxi River. Covered boat lift will accommodate a 36 foot boat with deep water docking. 75 feet of waterfront along the river. 7 miles from Hwy 90 and the Gulf of Mexico. Covered parking for at least 2 cars/trucks. 65 inch TV in living room with free WIFi.TV's in both bedrooms. Master bedroom has king size sleep number bed. 2 full size beds in 2nd bedroom. 1 full size bathroom upstairs and 1/2 bath downstairs.

Bring your own boat. Public launch nearby. Trailer parking available on site.

This location is perfect for Cruising the Coast, Fishing, Close to Casino's.

No Smoking inside.

Pets considered and must be approved.

This property is on the River and does flood during severe floods or storms. Watch the local weather station for updates. We live nearby and monitor the weather and will always be in touch with you if needed regarding flooding and weather reports.
If you have to leave due to flooding we will refund unused nights.

Wonderful stay on the river

This was the perfect place to stay for a weekend getaway. Relaxing home with beautiful views and plenty of space for the kids to play. Close enough to town to enjoy all that Biloxi and Gulfport have to offer.

Awesome place to stay!

This place was perfect. We launched the boat at a public dock that is just around the bend in the river. We had a great time relaxing time while we played and fisher on the river.

Perfect sunrise

This was the perfect spot to gather for Thanksgiving or any time. The house is small but lacks for nothing, comfort, cleanliness, homie. The outdoor areas are even better. The dock is the perfect spot to do a little fishing or watch the sunrise. Easy access to stores and local restaurants. Definitely would stay again and recommend.

Everything you need

This property is a dream!! It has ample outside hangout areas, a fantastic dock, super close to the boat ramp…we loved it!! Inside was clean and had extra blankets, even body wash and shampoo (saving grace for people like me who forget)! Close to stores and restaurants too! We fully intend to return!

Great Stay

Most relaxing stay ever. Screen porch with a great view and cool breeze off the river, when tired of that moved to the swing under the porch. Watched the many boats going by and the family of geese paddling through. Very close to both Gulfport and Biloxi enjoyed several great seafood restaurants. Hosts were very accommodating. Thanks for a wonderful long weekend!

Fantastic vacation

We could not have had a better vacation! Everything we needed was at our fingertips from games to fishing off the dock. We were able to relax and fish and just unwind. This house was absolutely perfect! 10/10 and we want to come back soon!!

Relaxing in beauty!

We had a wonderful stay! Super clean with a well equipped kitchen, comfy Sleep Number master bed, lovely screened porch, and open air patio with a large swing. Great for spending a lazy day watching the river or as a launching point for spending time along the coast. Beach, casinos, art galleries, great restaurants, and more are just a short drive away. Be sure to check out the adorable town of Ocean Springs, the Walter Anderson Museum is a particularly wonderful spot for adults and kids alike.

Relaxing, fun place on the river

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is right on the river with a very nice boat house that lends itself to easy fishing for crappies and catfish. It has a fenced in yard that was great for our dog. Very quiet, peaceful and enjoyable. It has the feel of a cabin or vacation home. We recommend this to anyone who wants to enjoy a little time on the river. Very nice property.

An amazing getaway exactly where we needed to be

In the area for a wedding and traveling with pets, this place perfectly met our needs. It was quiet, picturesque and provided more little extras than we could count. Coffee on the porch in the morning was sublime, and being able to have a beautiful heart to heart with my niece on the dock was almost something straight out of a movie. Brent and Christie were readily available to communicate, but gave us all the privacy we could wish. I am certain we will be staying there again. Hopefully for a longer stay next time to really settle in and see all that this beautiful location has to offer.

UNPLUG AND UNWIND

We needed just a brief getaway for some stress release and figured we give this spot another go. We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend on the river yet again! Property is extremely dog friendly which is greatly appreciated and gives the perfect sense of being away from it all without being away from everything. Extremely convenient location. Beautiful Property!!

The house and the host are amazing. Kristi kept in contact with me up until we got there. She was so worried about the river being high and we wouldn’t be able to enjoy it. Regardless of the river level, it was everything I had hoped for. The house was very clean and easy to get to. We will definitely be back in the summer with our boat!

Perfect wedding location!

Brent and Kristy were fabulous!!!!!! I reached out to them in hopes they would allow us to have our wedding ceremony on their property, after all we are "river rats". To our suprise, they were good with it! Honestly we could have not asked for a better location and home for our wedding weekend. The outside view was gorgeous and the home was so comfortable and homey. I definitely recommend this location!!!!! Definitely worth the price! Thank you both again for everything!!!!!
