The home’s interior offers a very elegant and cozy living room, well-equipped kitchen, two TCL SmartTV with Roku System, dining table, a working space with a table and three (3) Air Conditioning Systems that covers common areas and every bedroom, so you’ll have all the necessary comforts of home. Salinas House is located in the south side of Puerto Rico near beautiful beaches, famous restaurants, important cities and walking distance from the Mojo Culinary Fest every month. We welcome people from all backgrounds to relax and enjoy life in our beautiful house in Salinas, Puerto Rico.

Located just 45 minutes away from Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport, Salinas House is located in a quiet area walking distance from "Plaza Las Delicias" were Salinas great cultural history takes place and were residents gather around everyday. A secure parking garage is available and accomodates one car or SUV. More parking places are available everytime, in the street, in front of the house.

Once the reservation is confirmed, Salinas House is just for you and your family to enjoy.

Great Property for a Quick Mini Vacation

This property in Salinas was just 12 minutes from Polita Beach and all restaurants. It was perfect for our short vacation. The property manager was super communicative with us since we book the property.

Very clean! Perfect location away from tourist, but close enough drive to San Juan. Host was excellent and the communication was great! I highly recommend and will stay here again

Great house central location

My wife stayed here with her sister while visiting family that live in the area. This was a great centrally located house in Salinas. Parking in the garage was a bit difficult because of the traffic on the street but curbside parking was available across the street which they used. Overall great house would definitely consider returning.

Alfredo was a spectacular host! He made himself available during my stay! The house is well kept and my grandparents loved it! We definitely enjoyed ourselves. My visit and the accomdations provided were beyond my expectations. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. An A hidden gem. Alfredo’s attention to detail was spot on. The apartment looked like a page out of a furniture magazine. Alfredo was informative and accessible to answer any concerns which made the experience seamless. My family and I loved the apartment and Salinas. Will definitely return soon.

Family vacation

The property manager was very attentive and a quick responder. The property was really cozy and equipped with everything you needed to make your stay seem like a walk in the park! We personally didn't have to contact the owner, that's how well everything turned out to be. Pharmacy, bakery, fast foods, grocery stores the main plaza, everything was within a 5minutrd drive. The property was on a main street which made it noisy at night but still if I had to rent the next time I visit, I would rent it again in a heartbeat 💓.

Beautiful and comfortable

The house was very clean, decorated and furnished beautifully. Spacious and comfortable. Shower is hot. Balcony is perfect for sitting at night. Great communication with Alfredo from the moment of booking until check out. Very accommodating. Private parking area. Dishes and cookware supplied along with appliances. Great amount of towels. Great location and close to stores, bakery, and bank. WiFi and air conditioning in each room as well. I highly recommend and will be renting this place on my next trip.

This was my first vacation since the pandemic started. After a long research I decided to take this house for our stay in Puerto Rico. Best choice! The house is clean and has everything you need. Best part for me is that it’s private and made me feel at home. Alfredo responds immediately if you call with any questions. I truly recommend this house. Oh, and if you have a car it will be in a garage right there in the house so you don’t have to worry about it.

Love the area near all major stores and main highways.

It was wonderful Alfredo the owner was a call way for any questions. It was myself my husband and my 17 year daughter that love her spacious room with a built-in AC and beautiful mirrors. We booked 2day one night and we decided to rent house 4 more days as everything was so spacious a comfortable for us with everything included and closed to all majors stores and our family from Salina.. Birthday trip for Mami

My family and I flew in from Texas and Michigan to surprise my Mom for her 80th birthday. We stayed at Salinas house because it is just a mile away from my mom's apartment. Salinas house is roomy and comfortable for 4 persons, and the owner was helpful and stayed in touch during our stay. This is my third stay at Salinas house in the last 2 years, and I would stay again when I visit my mom.
